I called Jim when we accidentally ruined the bottom of our self-cleaning oven by baking with aluminum foil in the bottom. He provided some helpful advice for us to try and fix it ourselves and scheduled an appointment to come out a few days later and take a look. We ended up being able to replace the part between my initial call to Jim and the scheduled service appointment. Unfortunately I forgot to call and cancel our appointment. Jim showed up on time and ready to work. So, while I can't speak to his repair services, I did find him to be helpful and understanding.
