Not much has changed. Recently went for some parts and ask for a key. Got a we don’t do keys, you need to go to a key shop for that. Way back when they were a Polaris dealer same thing in the early 1990’s also! Figured I would give them another try, they never changed. I go in and see people walking around, no one wants to say hi or can I help you. You have questions once you talk to someone, they do not have answers and kind of go about their business, act like you are an inconvenience, and do not get someone who can answer your questions. Once you get your parts, in my case, oil for my atv

The negative reviews here must be by people with completely unrealistic expectations. I've dealt with this dealership twice and been completely satisfied. I know the guy personally who runs the place, and you wont find a more honest, hard working small business owner. And If you think you're gonna find better prices, think again. Track and Trail has a national reputation for having the best deals.
You can bet that the people with the negative reviews here walked in with the attitude that nobody was going to make any money. When it didn't happen, the next best thing was to slam the business owner

Decided to look at a dual sport bike here because it was "very low miles" on this bike. It was priced 1500$ over normal value, but who was I to argue with such low miles. I live 2.5 hours away and I was assured this bike was in great condition and encouraged to fill out a credit app. I get there and the thing is covered in dirt, chain was rusted and unusable(if you bent it, it stayed bent), the tires were roasted front and rear, right brake lever was broken, scratches all over the thing, and the case cover on the right side was obviously repaired/welded. The front suspension had a "click" in it

Just know, best dealer anywhere! We drove 6hrs for a new bike because they had it thousands off anyone else's best price, no scam, no bs, no flashy dealership, just great deals and service. Our salesperson Austin had helped us out all week prior to heading up and was even more professional in person. The entire staff from service to the techs made my daughter and I feel very welcomed. While we were there, it started to rain, a lot, and the shop was gracious enough to move some bikes so we could back our trailer in out of the storm. The bike we bought was so new that battery still needed to be setup
