Micro-needling provides a minimally invasive method to promote two aspects to your skin. New collagen and elastin production. Generally, with our micro needing services our licensed estheticians support and help minimize wrinkles, acne, scaring and marks on your skin. Various skin types can be suitable for micro-needling.
Our lash lifts help give you a natural look to your lashes and include beautiful curls that have the ability to last up to 8 weeks. Privacy is lacking. Therapist didn't leave the room as I undressed. I had to ask them to leave the room for privacy. They didn't offer a robe for the sauna and opened the door without knocking. Also didn't offer a shower after the sauna which was rather odd. Front lobby also had dirty plates in it from when they ate lunch. Don't go here. it's extremely unprofessional.

I wish I could give a zero but my partner apparently had a good experience with the body scrub. I got the 60 minute massage and I truly feel like the “masseuse” is a scam artist. I’ve been naked with a towel before getting a massage but the way she unwrapped my towel was uncomfortable. When not lightly putting oil all over you she would press her elbows in to your upper back until it was too painful to handle and then laugh when you said it hurt. Besides that she’d just karate chop you for 2 seconds at random intervals. When I did turn to lie on my back she’d do this weird thing where

I had a great experience at Vita - I will admit I was nervous considering the bad reviews before booking an appointment. I had Coco and decided on a 60 min + hot stone massage. I was impressed with the massage quality (I book quarterly) and the variations of massage included in my appointment. As far as tipping, 20%+ is appropriate.

Scheduled a massage for my birthday online at 10am. The sign said open but the door was locked, after calling the number on the door I got a hold of someone who called whomever was working and they let me in. Went in for a 60 minute relaxation massage which turned into a 60 minute deep tissue. The massage was uncomfortable at best and I have visible bruises on my back from it. When the "massage" was done I was asked if I was paying cash or card, and when I said card the woman said "You don't have cash? I want cash." The deep tissue was $80, and when I paid with a $100 bill and asked for change

I wish I could give less than one star- massage was interesting, and then they forgot our sauna session we booked- let us go in but then told us we had to get out before our time was up. Then as a bonus - told my friend it was $120 for two but when we were leaving it was $200!!! Then had the nerve to say "what no tip?" When we gave them their $200!! I would run away front his business - not to mention they kept pushing for cash only - don't want you to use card which seems shady

If you look at the website, it reads 90 minute relaxation message and infrared sauna for two-$120. Great deal, or so it would seem. The massage people were abrupt and violent. I am bruised. The massage was 60 minutes ( although as bruised as I am, thankfully it wasn't longer). They charged us $80 each for getting beat up basically and never said the sauna would cost extra or I wouldn't have done it. They charged us an additional $20 for the sauna that we got kicked out of before our time was up. Then had the gall to ask for a tip. Never going back. False advertising and rude. Do not get ripped

Beware! I bought a massage for my boyfriend here and he said the oddest massage experience he has had. They basically told him how much tip he should leave, massage was interrupted, privacy is lacking, and they don't take a credit card and the ATM there charged him $10.00 for a service fee. Who tells you how much tip to leave?! Pass.

Was my first time getting a wax and I have to say Sarah was very professional about it and making sure I wasn’t in pain or uncomfortable.
After I had Gina give me an hour massage and once again very polite and professional. Massage was good and she made sure it wasn’t too hard.
Will continue going there since they treated me good.

Definitely very different from massage experiences I've had elsewhere. To start, I was asked to undress beyond what I was comfortable with. The massage therapist got up on the table and
stradled me. She talked to another employee while massaging me which was not relaxing. About two thirds of the way through my massage she tells me that my appointment was too late and I need to make an earlier one next time. Will definitely not be going back.

I used to go to VIta Day Spa before the pandemic and decided to go back right after the lockdown lifted. There were two ladies and a gentleman sitting in the lobby having drinks. The ladies work there, the gentleman I have seen in the lobby during my previous visits. On seeing that I was wearing a mask, the gentleman promptly put his mask on, the two ladies, on the other hand, pointed to my mask and said something in broken English and laughed. Then Sarah came out to come get me. She too put her mask on seeing that I was keeping mine on. The service was quick. The group in the lobby kept talking

I have been going to this Spa for several years both for waxing and massage. The staff is always very friendly and professional. During my waxing appointments Sarah is always genuinely very concerned about my comfort. She is very professional and very thorough. You feel like the staff there truly cares about you. The massages are the same. I tell them where my back and neck pain is and they always find the point of tension and focus on that. Again like the waxing service the the massage staff is professional and truly make you feel cared for.

I am in Minneapolis for work and booked a package to recharge after a stressful week. It was not a relaxing experience.
-no lockers for valuables. I was given a towel to walk around in naked in coed areas. My technician walked in and out of the room freely, without always closing the door immediately.
-The sauna is dry and not very warm, so it didn't do much to prep my skin for the scrub. I was expecting a steam room or to at least break a sweat. After

Located in the Rice Creek Shopping Center, Vita Day Spa is known to run specials that entice customers. The spa seems to be run by Sarah as she speaks the best English. When I arrived, I was treated as if I had been a repeat customer so to spare you all the drama, I will try to provide you with as much detail as you need if you are going in for a Korean Body Scrub.

Recently, while on a business trip, I had an evening to relax. I wanted to find a spa that offered a sauna, body scrub and massage. With a little research I found this gem - Vita Day Spa.
First impressions are always important. Walking in I find a nicely decorated spa with two ladies meeting me at the door with their hands extended to introduce themselves. The shop was spotlessly clean, well designed and decorated. The ladies, Sarah and Lucy, were very helpful and welcoming.
I enjoyed a long infrared sauna treatment followed by a Korean body scrub. The sauna did a great job of loosening the muscles

I've had bad experiences and I've had good experiences. And then I tried this place. Monika is kind, gentle and professional. And she manages all this with a disarming sense of humor.
Vita Day spa is nearly 30 minutes from where I live, but that's fine with me. I'd drive twice as far if I could be sure to get the same level of service (and minimal discomfort).
