Give us a call or stop by the showroom in Lincoln, Nebraska to get started planning your event. You can pickup your rental items the day before your event and return the business day after.
For events outside of Lincoln, we give you are an extra day for travel at no additional cost. Planning a graduation party? We can help! We rent plastic folding tables that are much easier to move around than the older wood style. Our black folding chair rentals are strong, rated up to 800 pounds. The cocktail tables we rent break down for easy transportation.

Services
Rental rates are for one day events. We allow our customers to pickup their rentals the day before their event and return the items the business day after their event. If you need items longer, please let us know. If your event is outside of Lincoln, we allow an extra day for travel at no charge. Setup and takedown services are available at an additional charge and should be arranged in advance.

We used Elite Events Rental for our wedding rentals. We rented plates, silverware, an arch swag, a card box, and much more! They had a great selection of everything and they were very easy to work with! Their showroom was full of ideas and the staff was all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend!

We rented the beautiful white chairs for an outdoor wedding. We were able to pick them up for our Friday wedding on Wednesday and we didn't need to have them back until Monday which was great since our weekend was busy and we live an hour away. Prices were reasonable and customer service was great - very friendly. Easy to reach and helpful in answering questions!

Hilary is wonderful to work with. Prompt with helpful replies to email and eager to serve. The quality of the rental items is outstanding; you may expect clean, unstained, perfectly pressed linens. The delivery person was exceptionally helpful and also cheerful, accommodating our venue. The clean up and storage of used rental items following each of our daughter's weddings was easy as can be. We've relied on Elite Events Rental for two of our daughters. We'll be back should our third daughter marry. Thank you Hilary and team!

Elite helped our homeowners association with rental chairs and table.
The equipment was clean and appropriate. Delivery was very smooth with everything both arriving and being picked up on time. Elite is reliable and efficient. The price was reasonable and fair. We have used them for three years and will be back!
