We are fully stocked, including "hard-to-find" medications. Transferring an existing prescription to Apex Pharmacy is easy! Simply bring in the container or call us with the prescription information and we'll do the rest!
Order your prescription refills by phone 24 hours a day with our automated refill system (select option "2" when you call and follow the prompts to place your refill order). If you have refills available, your prescription order should be ready for pickup in approximately four hours. Order your prescription refills by phone by selecting option 0 to be connected to our pharmacy staff, who can advise you when your refill will be ready.

Day 5 after a prescription for a nebulizer was called in by my Dr as I have covid and I still don't have the nebulizer. They don't answer the phone 90% of the time, and when they do they manage to lose documents that were already sent to them. Their email address is GMAIL and clearly in violation of HIPAA. Was finally told to have it picked up this afternoon, then my friend who was kind enough to drive up there to get it called me to tell me that they said their billing department had shut down for the month and that he'd have to come back tomorrow, even after my insurance was already cleared in

I came into the store to pick a prescription and I spoke the the guy behind the counter three times and he did not speak back, I had to wait for my prescription, he did not tell me nor help me again.. he was very cold and rude to me.. I Will Not send any other prescription here again.. and I will tell my entire social media, friends and family about the treatment I received!

The place can’t even process a HSA card properly . What was suppose to be a 10 min thing became an hour thing completely messing up my evening schedule No one knows how to process HSA card . Multiple people coming and going telling me something wrong with my HSA . I end up calling customer service and they said nothing wrong with the card . Again had to go back and tell them process it again . Finally they managed to charge HSA card . I wish I have another place for compound prescription.

I started using Apex Pharmacy again and have always been happy. I used to be on a medication that you could only get In Canada or overseas. Due to Apex compounding department I was always able to get there. I’m also impressed I was always able to get surgical supply items that I couldn’t get at other pharmacies.

They seem nice.. Except they don't answer the phone in the morning it's a busy signal like it's off the hook. Very unprofessional to refuse customer calls every morning. Also, my neighbor was receiving breifs from them every month and the receipt compared to the amount they delivered never added up. They switched..we need a good phsrmacy in the ares that delivers & is trustworthy- if it's not them they better start becoming that way asap. And answer the damn phone in the morning!

Failed to deliver a necessary medicatation on time after being called to do so 5 days in a row,in advance, because "I don't know why the medication didnt get delivered."I am disabled, and rely on the delivery service. I will be sick tomorrow due to their incompetence, and their lack of regard for the well-being of the patients who rely on their services. I would give anything to find just one pharmacy capable of delivery that can get prescriptions out on time, and employs workers who care enough to make sure that happens.

I thought the disgusting practice of businesses taking advantage of people during this Pandemic was over. Boy was I wrong. I walk into Apex Pharmacy to purchase a few needed items and as you walk in there are 2 large signs one reads 17.99 FOR 1 CAN OF LYSOL SPRAY. The other one reads 18.99 FOR 1 SPRAY BOTTLE OF CLOROX CLEANUP. Are you for real? These items retail for 4.99 and 4.59 respectively. When I mentioned to the kid that the price was an absolute joke, he stated well we are a little higher priced than other places.. A LITTLE HIGHER PRICED??? Apex you should be embarrassed and ashamed of

I wish I could give them negative stars to this pharmacy. This is second time they are calling me that the home supplies are ready to pick up from their pharmacy. When I arrive after 20 minutes drive, they are asking me to call my doctor at YALE. They don't have any home supplies for this patient. I don't know why YALE keep sending supplies requests to such a pharmacy.

I have had nothing but problems each time I have tried to deal with this company. The first time I was told that it would be the following week before a lift chair could be picked up from my home. My husband had passed and I wanted the item removed from my house so my son didn't have to be reminded of his father each time he saw the chair. Today when I called I was put on hold. After 10 minutes no one picked up so I called back and was told that the person that could help me went home for the day. When I asked why I wasn't told that before I was put on hold the person I spoke to said

We rented a reclining chair from Apex in the winter of 2018 when my husband was recovering from back surgery, and decided to purchase one, which we did in April. I have the highest praise for the customer service we received. People spent time on the phone when we called, and were very knowledgeable. When we were debating which chair to buy, they never acted rushed, and made clear what the alternatives were. And they deliver and take away in a timely and courteous fashion, as well. The review by Harris F. is so wrong and unfair to this business. This is one of the best pharmacies I have ever dealt with. Aside from the wonderful compounding and supplement departments, their customer service is first rate. The supplements that are sold are priced very reasonably and much lower than at other places. And they contacted my MD's office when I had no refills left without a problem. They even went out of their way to call and let me know when the refill was denied because of a screw-up on the part of the MD's office.
