A septic tank system uses natural processes to treat and dispose of the wastewater generated in your home. It typically consists of a septic tank and a drainfield, or soil absorption field. The septic tank provides the first step in treatment. As wastewater flows into the tank, the heavier solids settle to the bottom to form a sludge layer, and the lighter solids, greases, and oils float to the top to form a scum layer.
The first reason is the health of your pocket book. Poor maintenance results in failed systems requiring repairs at a minimum and sometimes replacement. Repairs or replacement costs can be thousands of dollars, whereas a periodic inspection and pumping costs about $300-$400. The second reason is the health of your family, your community and the environment.

I had my septic system and gray water tank pumped. Tim took the time to explain a lot of things about septics that I didn't know. I feel like I got a class for free. He discovered the gray water tank had never been pumped and it was in bad need of a pumping. It took some work to find and remove the lid. They went the extra mile to find it and the last company I used gave up looking for it. I didn't get the other guy's name that was there , but both Tim and him were smiling the whole time they were there. This was the best experience I've had with a septic company over the years.They are now in

We used Brian’s to empty our septic tank. I met Tim when he was working on my daughter’s system. He got my info to give to their dispatch. I was called the same day and made an appointment for the following week. Very easy to work with. Tim and his assistant were great! Very knowledgeable and gave me good info on keeping my system in good working order. I’ll be using them again when it’s time for the septic to be pumped in a few years. Highly recommend!

Our main drain field was in need of replacement due to being inundated with roots causing septic back up. After the long process of waiting for a city soil inspector to inspect, request a city permit, and give his blessing, it was just over two months out. While waiting for the permit to be finalized, I requested 5 estimates from various recommended septic companies in town. While Brian's Septic is highly recommended, their estimates and quotes can be a bit higher than others (had an issue before moving into our home where we got a quote), so I was not thinking we would go with them to complete

Called at 8:15 am this morning because we discovered our septic tank bubbling and the pump test light not working. Spoke with Sherry and she was awesome! Friendly and informative. She said Keith would be out to help us by lunch time. He called and asked if he could come out earlier. He was here by 10, diagnosed the issues, pumped our 3 tanks and courteously advised us on maintenance and finished before 11 am. The charge was reasonable and we highly recommend Brian's Septic to everyone.

I am thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism with this company. I scheduled for a call on their website on 8/22 and they fitted me in for service on 8/23. Ms. Shirley was very helpful and honest. I made my payment over the phone and she requested for the technician to call me during his visit. The technician walked me through the process OVER THE PHONE. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and thorough with his work. He provided recommendations for future reference. Brian’s Septic Service just earned a customer for future needs. Job well done, folks!

Brian and staff are amazing! I am a hometown girl so I know there are other companies that have been around longer but after doing some research I decided to call Brian's and I am so glad I did! The customer service received has been so impressive. Brian himself answered my call. Byron and his helper arrived early and helped me understand my issues, Brian has followed up and kept in touch every step of the way. No one ever likes the cost of repairs but in checking around Brian's rates were the best. I have worked in customer service for over 35 years and it is refreshing to see above

I got transferred up to Tennessee two years back and had no luck selling my Tallahassee house so now I'm unfortunately a landlord. It sucks when the monthly rent you're collecting doesn't even cover your mortgage payment but it sucks even more when you get a call with a problem that's going to cost you even more money.
