In my opinion Aaron is manager material based on his floor presence. The lady at the register was helping a client as we walked in. Aaron jumped up to help us. (No cell phone in hand & ready to help) friendly, courteous, polite and knowledgeable!

I've had my battery replaced here, it was easy and fast. When I returned to get my charging port replaced as well (a $100 repair), I tried to clear the port myself and still had trouble getting my phone to connect, so I thought the port was damaged. The gentleman behind the counter took a look and pulled out impacted lint from the port. I will defiantly return here for any future repairs, I love their honesty and friendliness.

Had an excellent tech, Cristian was very knowledgeable and even fixed some spots on the sides of my phone and put on my new screen protector (perfectly, might I add) without charging me extra for it. Prices are very good, and same goes for the quality and customer service. My IPhone is in great condition again, thanks for the help 😁.

I dropped my phone with the charger connected about a month ago and had been dealing with having to hold my phone in a certain direction to charge it. I stopped into this location looking to see how much it was to get fixed. The two guys there, Nolan and Christian took a look at it, and pulled a lot of debris out of the charger port and now it works good as new! Free of charge! I appreciate both of the guys there because my dead phone is not an issue!

Absolutely the best customer service! I broke my phone screen and these guys were super friendly and understanding. Got it fixed fast and put a screen protector with warranty on. Well a week later the screen protector somehow started lifting (I'm extremely hard on electronics). No questions asked they replaced it and I was on my way. These guys know how to keep people coming back. No one wants to be without their beloved phone or have to figure out how to navigate a new one. These guys make it simple and enjoyable. Thanks! Would definitely come here in the future, My iPhone X fell on cement, and cracked my screen which caused a green line to run down the side... these guys had my phone fixed in an hour and it looked good as new! Very knowledgeable, and great pricing!

They got the screen repaired on our iPhone 7 quick and done right, and the prices are low. No hassle, had it done in under 30 minutes. Will take stuff back to them if I ever need to. Did I mention their prices are good? Ok cool, just making sure.

Came in a week or so ago and needed to get the screen on my iPad pro 12.9 replaced. First off, I already know it aint going to be cheap, but need it done as I use it for my business. Paul was behind the counter, and had a great attitude. He was helping a couple of older ladies, and was extremely patient, answering their questions even though they were kind of silly ones, but he didnt skip a beat. When he turned his attention to me, he was prompt, courteous, and helpful. He looked up the price to fix my item and called and double checked the cost. He was able to get me checked in, and made a commitment

**BEWARE**
They do not give refunds for incompetence. First I paid 170. For replacing screen, screen protector and case. My touch screen quit. I tried everything including reset. Finally contacted them and they looked at it and said it was defective screen. Them my texts and calls quit. I took too att store and again reset. Finally contacted Mobile Comm and they looked at and found an antenna wire loose. Two weeks without phone and two and half hours additional time to fix their errors.

A local business with national skills and small town personable service. MobileComm has either always been able to fix my phone, quickly and affordably, or been the best place to get a new phone and service, affordably. I didn't even KNOW they sold new-in-the-box phones until I tried to buy a cheaper used phone, to save money, and they pulled out a sealed box with the untouched model still inside. The people are nice and fun to talk to, and refreshingly honest about the process.

They replaced the bracket connected to the toggle switch on my iPhone that controls if the phone rings or vibrates. Took about an hour and cost less than what they originally quoted.

The best place to fix your phone. I got my iPhone 6 replace there last Tuesday for 100$. So much cheaper with the last place I fixed my phone(charge me for 150$). After I got my phone, I realized the touch screen don't work sometimes so I brought them back and they willing to fix it right away. I asked him to put a glass protector for me after he made sure the phone work normal. I just came back to get it and pay for the screen protector and he put it on for me for free. I asked twice but he won't take my money. So nice! So happy! Hahaa.i like free stuff. Recommended!

They brought my iPhone 6 Plus back to life again my screen was so damaged you could hardly touch it. I couldn't make calls without using my headphones because the speak was so busted. They fixed that too it sounds just like new again. I couldn't be happier with it. And I will recommend them to everyone I know!
