Jared and Bob came to remove some furniture that I won't be taking on my move. Jared was quickly responsive to my initial text requesting a quote. He set the expectations of cost as well as timing, which was awesome so I could plan accordingly. They were on time, professional, and so courteous. A friend referred us to J's Junk Removal and I couldn't be more thankful. We were cleaning out the family home of 65 years of stuff. Jared and his team were AWESOME.
The team was friendly, hard working, and extremely careful when moving out all the stuff. We had four floors of junk, old furniture, lumber, mattresses, and they dealt with it all!

Jared responded to my call immediately! Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. I was able to text him photos of our needs and he provided a very fair and honest quote, which he stuck with when the job was finished. He and his crew showed up on time (!), were all dressed professionally in company branded jackets, were polite and respectful. They handled our items with care and protected our property while in and out of our house/shed/basement. Jared even swept the driveway and porch upon completion! Jared was incredibly helpful, responsive and just a really nice guy! We just moved into our new home and the town limits the amount of trash weekly, so we were in need of removal pretty quickly. Jared called me back on a Friday night and he was able to give me a quote with pictures by the next morning. Scheduling was so easy and Jared followed up as promised beforehand. Ronnie on his team was our guy day of, and he was in and out in approx. 30 mins. Also a great guy! Awesome team and great value for the services, too. Definitely recommend!!

If I could give ten stars, I would. From my first conversation with Jared until the moment Jared and his crew left our property with the stuff, I was impressed. with J's Junk Removal. My phone calls were returned promptly, all questions were answered so there were no surprises, the crew arrived on schedule, pricing was great and they worked efficiently to remove the stuff. It was an emotional clean outs(as these things can be) and I felt all items were respected and the emotions I felt were as well. I will definitely be using J's Junk Removal again. Trying to move and realized we needed removal last minute. I called Jared and his professionalism stood out from the second he picked up the phone. He was pleasant and easy to talk to. He understand the pickle I was in and was kind enough to be over in less than 24 hours, which I never would be possible. His crew that showed up was just as polite as he was. The prices are beyond reasonable and they made everything so effortless. Myself and my family will not hesitate to call him again in the future. You won't make a mistake hiring these guys!

I was so grateful to see these guys show up ! We're remodeling a bathroom and had reached the point of removing the hot tub. It was heavy and akward and we really didn't want to do it ourselves. A friend recommended Jared and needless to say we jumped on it.
Jared returned my call on the same day. He was friendly and professional. We booked a timely appt and IT'S GONE! Yay!! They arrived on time and had that monster out of here within an hour. They had to cut it up to get it out. I have no idea how the previous owners got it in.
