I am a born and raised Montanan and have spent over twenty years living in the Billings, Shepherd and Laurel area. I currently live in Shepherd with my beautiful wife and three children. I am volunteer firefighter, Paramedic, and State of Montana foster parent. I spend many hours doing community service around town and in the schools.
The home inspection process, from the scheduling phone call to referencing the report after closing, is a major aspect in your client's satisfaction. Of course everything is a fire drill as far as scheduling goes and Levi was able to juggle things to accommodate our needs. More importantly he was prompt, thorough, and maintained communication with us through the process. The report was timely and very informative helping us identify a few things we would have easily overlooked. I will definitely be asking Levi to help on our next inspection need.

LOOK NO FURTHER! I called several inspectors in Billings and really got a good feeling after speaking with Levi. He advocated for me to get my inspection date extended and followed up with me multiple times prior to inspection. He showed up 3 hours early on the day of and already had a list of things to go over and had inspected every inch my home. He offered great advice and was very thorough and professional. I didnt know what to expect from a report as I am a first time home buyer but his report was in an extremely professional and easy to understand format. I could tell he spent a lot of time

Just recently used Levi for a home inspection and he did an excellent job. He worked quickly to set up an inspection time and gave a very thorough report of his findings. He was very easy to work with throughout the process and even followed up with me after I had moved into the home to make sure there wasn't anything I felt he missed or I would have liked to know more about prior to moving in. Would definitely recommend.

As a realtor, many of my clients have used Levi. I recommend him 100% as a home inspector. He is very thorough and explains problems to the client in terms they can understand.
