We have been renting our units with HP and are satisfied with their professionalism. We feel that HP and us share a common interest to have responsible tenants that want to feel safe in their rental units and they can always count on someone for repairs and maintenance. We hope that our renters feel the same satisfaction with HP as we do.

Would not recommend renting from Helen Painter. The listing agent was fine, but the property management side seems to have little to zero knowledge or care regarding tenants rights. They WILL nickle and dime you when you move out -- we moved into a unit that had a weird mounted shelf in the bedroom, I noted it on move in inventory, took photos, asked about it in person, and then was charged $200 for it when I moved out, despite evidence that I did not place it there. There are several other examples, but the short of it is their property management staff is horrendous.

AMAZING does not even begin to tell you how wonderful Mark Montroy was. We moved here from out of state and when we first asked if Mark could find us a rental in two days he filled our day with excellent potentials and we completed everything in one day. Then when the time came to purchase we knew who we could turn to. He has the patience of a saint and never let us give up hope we would find "The perfect one". I recommend him to everyone even if they are not currently looking!

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE HER THE GIRL KAITLIN OR CAILYNN (VERY YOUNG GIRL), GAVE US THE RUN AROUND ABOUT INFORMATION THAT WAS NEEDED, WHEN I CALLED AND ASK SHE SAID ALL I NEED JOB VERIFICATION, OKAY HAD FAXED SEVERAL TIMES AND EMAILED AND SHE STATED SHE STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE IT, THEN CALLED BACK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY SHE STATED OH WE STILL NEED EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION FOR YOU AND YOUR HUSBAND, AND RENTAL HISTORY. THAT IS NOT WHAT YOU SAID 4 DAYS AGO THIS PROCESS A 48HR TURN AROUND WE WENT FROM 48HRS TO A WEEK, WHY DIDN'T SHE CALL THE OTHER PROPERTIES TO GET THIS INFORMATION SHE HAD NO SENSE OF
