Very unprofessional individual. I called this office on behalf of a mutual customer who willingly approached our company due to a rate increase with State Farm. When I asked Lance Douglas for his fax number so we could fax over a cancellation request signed by our customer, he rudely asked for the customer's name and said it was done, I also said we just wanted to make sure his automatic payment wouldn't go through and he made a very sarcastic comment and proceeded to say that our company must have really been hurting??? We really aren't... regardless of the purpose of my call, as an insurance

Unprofessional. I was a customer for about 10 years and many of my family members have been customers for years as well. I decided to shop for other insurance in an attempt to lower my premium. I found the same coverage with AAA at nearly half the cost.
