They are both ways of working through problems through talk, so there is a lot of overlap, but there are several pretty distinct differences. Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health issues. If someone has schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, they would want to see a licensed psychotherapist, not a life coach.
Lisa is the kindest most gentle soul. A highly gifted individual who I have been blessed to receive one of her services. Her intuitive information is very accurate. I have never had such a beautiful experience with a psychic before. But she helped me when I was going through a very difficult period of my life.

Lisa's energy is amazing. Not knowing what light language was I went to one of her classes. I received so much energy from her that day it was amazing and very unexpected. My experience with Lisa changed my life completely for the better! She helped me to see some negative energy I was carrying around by remaining in a relationship that wasn’t in alignment with my highest good. While there was some apprehension in what she shared I let it sit with me and guide me to make some tough decisions. Lisa is so sweet, encouraging and talented. I took a private intuitive reading class with her and I learned so much and continue to practice all the great tips she taught me. She was patient with me and was very open and friendly. We met over zoom which I was grateful for, it was much easier for me and Lisa was so accommodating to meeting me however I felt comfortable. She was flexible and understanding with me when I needed to reschedule a class too.
