Great ownership been dealing with this company for many years.... shannon and her dad that has been there since opening have always treated me fairly and helped when I needed it the most with my equipment I own as a tree service in town. Dakota's tree service....in addition (Carol) that works in the front office does a great job as well.....

My husband took our travel trailer to Mr Trailer to evaluate what he thought was an axle problem. Turned out the problem was much larger than that. The frame underneath was broken in several places, as it was very thin metal. Mr Trailer gave a detailed estimate, including pictures of the issues for us to submit to the manufacturer, who agreed to cover the repairs. Shannon and everyone at Mr Trailer were so helpful throughout this process, and their awesome welder did a fantastic job fixing the issues, and making the frame stronger than it was when the travel trailer was new. We highly recommend

Talked to several dealers while shopping for an enclosed trailer. The girls at Mr Trailer went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the right trailer for what I needed to do. Two weeks ago I had hail damage to the roof vent, after calling my insurance agent, she instructed me to call my dealer and get it fixed before any water got to the inside of the trailer. Upon talking to Carol at the office, she had me bring the trailer out A.S.A.P. for repairs. Once I got to their shop, I was back on the road headed back home in less than 30 minutes!! I cannot say enough about this dealership

I would have given 5 stars but the lady up front isn't to friendly. We are happy with the trailer but customer service could be better. Also I took one star off for the owners lame response to this review!

I am on my third trailer that I have purchased from Mr. Trailer Sales. It's a family owned and operated business. I purchased the first utility trailer from the father Don. I bought it six years ago it's made about five trips to Daytona Florida bike week and I haul square bales of hay with it every year, " Never had one issue with it"!!! I have only replaced the tires and packed the bearings.

I was in the market for an aluminum enclosed bike trailer, The manger Carol Fox and the new owner (Don's daughter Shannon) went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted and

My boat trailer had oil bath bearings and had a bad seal. Mr. Trailer got me in and out quickly. Very friendly staff. Certainly will go back there for any trailer needs.

My parents bought a nice trailer from them 5 years ago which I just took 1900 miles back to my home. But, it was only after I bought a spare there and had everything checked thoroughly. Mr. Trailer Sales was honest, fair, and really took an interest in helping me. I sure like the durability of the trailer and the great service I received. Thank you Carol and Mr. Trailer Sales.

My first experience with mr .trailer was unbelievable. I was going through a set of tires per year on my boat trailer. the tire shop told me to have my trailer checked out to see if the trailer had a problem. The trailer is a lund trailer . The good folks at Mr. trailer had 2 technicians look over my trailer for over 20 minutes - wheels off, tape measures out. while I waited. The trailer was straight. I went into the office to settle my bill & i was told ( no charge ) . How can you beat that??? you can't . Just a side note ( switching from bias tires to radials fixed the problem )
My second experience

We had a trailer made and spent $10,000 on it. It has been the biggest piece of junk I've ever owned. The hinges rusted off within a couple months of us getting it and we had to fight with them to fix it. The side door was falling off because it was made completely out of styrofoam. We've had to redo the brakes, brake lines, wiring harness, hub bearings, the inside lights never worked from the start, among other things. The garage we took it to for repairs informed us that whoever built the trailer used the cheapest junkiest China made parts you can get. We've owned the trailer for about 5 years
