Guy Agee, the owner of Lonestar Boots, has extensive knowledge of the boot and western wear industry.

He worked his way through college at a western wear store and continued in this industry at Tony Lama. At Tony Lama he held numerous positions from design through manufacturing. He later returned to retail where he managed a western wear store in Lubbock, Texas for 15 years. With more than twenty five years of western wear experience he looks forward to meeting the needs of Moab and the rest of the country at Lonestar Boots.

Lonestar Boots will match any online price as long as the item being ordered is available for at once shipping. Items that are discontinued are not eligible for low price guarantee. Low price guarantee includes the final price of the order, i.e. product plus freight and tax if necessary. On rare occasions, manufacturer minimum selling prices must be observed.
Approved orders placed before 9:00 AM Mountain Time (Monday through Friday) will be processed same day. If your order is Drop Shipped from the manufacturer, delivery may be delayed 1 business day. Tracking numbers are not available on Drop Shipped orders. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

I have never felt like a more valued customer and couldn't believe the exceptional customer service that Lonestar provides! My boots fit perfectly and I received them much sooner than expected. This is an extraordinary company that gained a very loyal customer!

Ordered a pair of boots was told they needed to be sent from factory as they did not have in stock, was told they would ship in one week. 2 weeks later asked about status of order no response. a couple of days later sent another email, no response. had to go to CC company for refund still no response from Lonestar. Terrible customer service.

Returned boots following all of their instructions at the end of September. Its mid November and i still haven't seen a refund. I called them and they said they received them but they are "busy" and "getting to it". Edit: they refunded me after i called them a second time.

I ordered a pair of boots in April 2020 and they have yet to arrive. First I was told since I was in Canada they would cost more to ship, I told Guy I was fine with that. Then I was told he didn't have stock in my size and would have to get them from the factory, I told him I was fine with that as I had not seen anything elsewhere that I liked better. Then all communication stopped, I emailed each month looking for an update and received not replay. Almost a year and a half has gone by and no communication from the store, no boots and, my money $180 US is gone. I guess my next step is the Better

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered boots in September of 2020. Was told they would take all of 120 days to get to me and I was ok with that. So after that time period I reached out to Guy multiple times via phone ( no answer or return call) Then I reached out in January, February, and March via email; still NO response! I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint, THEY got nothing out of Lone Star Boots. To this day I have no boots, no response, and lost $250. Buyer beware!!!!

Ordered boots for my wife online in March. The arrived and did not fit. i contacted the owner, Mr. Agee, and obtained a return authorization. I sent them back via UPS and they were signed as received on 21 April. The owner has failed to respond to multiple emails, the store phone is not answered and the answering machine does not work. Now he has the boots and the money. I would not recommend this store.

Poor customer service so far. We need to return/exchange the boots, but they will not accept returns without a return number from them, and they will not reply to our emails requesting to rerurn/exchange the boots so we can't get the required return number.
It has been a week since sending the 1st of 3 messages to them - I will update this review if they do ever respond.

No one has responded to my emails or phone calls in 8 months. Still waiting on the boots, or a refund given that it is now August 2020 and the boots were ordered in December 2019. Its a special order so I understand a lengthy delivery time, but any communication would be helpful.

I ordered special order boots and while it did take a long time (which I'm sure is out of his control) they arrived and are well worth the wait. All along the process he answered my emails promptly and gave his best estimate of where the boots were in the construction process. I would order a special pair of boots through them in the future.
