I've had better experiences in the past with this particular office/agency but this recent interaction wasn't so pleasant. I left multiple voicemails without any return callback. This forced my hand in having to go to the office personally to get financials situated and taken care of. It was just unprofessional and not courteous to do business this way. Once at the office in person the people were decent and pleasant enough.

After calling 2 other state farm agents in Bradenton brittany was very helpful and got the job done. The other 2 was extremely nonresponsive. 1 took over a week to call me back and the other never called back

They write their own reviews, I did have state farm for 10 year in two states through,no traffic tickets or accidents in the past 5 five.. I'm very surprised nobody has said anything before I never even met the agent in charged of my policy, since their schedules are so inconvenient for a person who has to work 8 to 5, the put this girl that never transfer over a manager,,anyway do yourself a favor and don't go there!! search online are better quotes and much efficient people. by the way I have a new insurance and my licence will no get suspend like the place next door I will give then zero starts
