Services
Operations include roll, die, press break, and deep draw forming, as well as multi stage progressive stamping. Capable of producing both simple and complex products from aluminum, copper, brass, stainless steel, and a host of popular alloys. We have numerous dies which enable our operators to offer many complex formed products not available at many other shops.
Our value added assembly service shifts the component responsibilities from you to us, allowing you to place one order for one part rather than multiple orders for each part. To simplify ordering and product management, Vance provides assembly of metal components by means of standard or specialty fasteners.
