We love TJ! We've been using Anchor Pest for about a year now and we absolutely love TJ. He is responsive, attentive, sympathetic (I have a serious fear of spiders), and just all around awesome.We just purchased another home and he was the first call I made to make sure any spiders were dead and gone. Great service! Very customer focussed firm. I called because woodpeckers had made holes in the siding on my home. I called Anchor and they call back very quickly, if they can't get to the phone immediately, kept me informed every step of the way- when they would do an inspection, when they could schedule a time to fix the holes and called me when they were finished. This kind of attention to detail and customers is rare and these guys do it well. Highly recommended.
