Oh my gosh, let me tell you about the service. I don’t even write reviews usually , but I was so blown away that I decided to. The driver not only showed up on time, he showed up early. He was very professional, very patient, and an amazing driver. The limousine was very clean, way bigger than what we expected, filled with drinks, just everything. Phenomenal experience. I have been in a limos a time or two, but this was by far the best limo experience I’ve ever had. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Great limousine and town car service! I have used their services (airport transportation, parties, events, basketball games, concerts, Rodeo) in the past, and it was a excellent experience. Claudia, Cassandra, and Nikki are great. The booking team will communicate with you from the initial booking, en route and during the trip for 5-star service. They have a variety of vehicles (limos, town cars, escalades, Mercedes, hummer daddy, pink limo, limo buses, etc) that are in excellent condition. Absolutely wonderful service. They are so professional, courteous, customer oriented, and timely on everything from reservations to the actual service. Our driver was Malcolm and he was fantastic maneuvering 290 construction traffic for our evening out for dinner. Would only recommend these folks and definitely using them again. We also cannot say enough about how quickly and thoroughly Cassandra responded to all our questions when booking this. Really the best customer service we have had in a long time. Perfect evening thanks to them!!!

Got the mini bus for my sisters 15teen, Absolutely loved how spacious and the sound system. Everything went well did not ran into any hassles. Our first time using a Limo Service and have nothing but good things to say! On time! Very good communications with Nikki even after service! She answered all my concerns and questions promptly! Great customer service in my book! Nice clean vehicle and it added to our awesome evening! Albin was a terrific chauffeur and when we got into traffic with a delay of 1hr 20mins he routed us around and we made it to our destination ahead of schedule! :)

This company is awful at communication and takes partial to zero responsibility if an issue arises during your trip. Best of luck if you have to communicate with Cassandra, the daughter. I would recommend speaking to Claudia, her mom if it’s a major issue. My experience: The driver showed up 40 minutes late (understandable at times bc of Houston traffic) but he showed up in the wrong vehicle that did not seat my guests comfortably. A couple were in the floor. The driver offered to drive us to their yard to switch vehicles instead of driving around the inner loop. At that moment I didn’t know

So glad to have found black horse limo. I used them three times in the last month. They provided my bachelorette party, wedding party, and honeymoon transportation. Nikki at blackhorse has always been just a text away for anything I need. The drivers are courteous and right on time. Saints for putting up with all of our wedding antics and shenanigans. They are also very affordable and fair in pricing. I have blackhorse limos saved to my favorites list and I will continue to call them any time i need transportation.

We used Blackhorse Limo for the Jimmy Buffett concert. Rom, our driver was phenomenal. He arrived promptly, with phone calls to update us on his arrival. He was very pleasant and got right into the spirit of the evening!
Booking the limo was very easy!

DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT TO ENSURE YOU HAVE A RIDE. Blackhorse Limo did not show up for our kids' PROM party bus. Yes, PROM. Bad weather yes, and if that were all we could understand - but NO communication from them on what happened after an initial "story" that didn't make sense. We called them over 15 times and they wouldn't answer or return any phone calls. We were assured the owner would call us but never did. It's one thing to have an issue like this and we certainly understand bad weather - totally another to blow off long-standing good clients without a call.

I booked Blackhorse Limo for a simple oneway ride from Pearland, TX to IAH. Apparently they could not figure out how to get me there as they never showed up. Calling the phone number on my confirmation led me to a voicemail box that was full. Really? I finally found another phone number on their website that an actual living person answered but was at a loss as to why I was not going to be picked up.
There must be many other ways to get around Houston but I'd pass on these guys.

This is the worst limousine service and experience I had. The office and the dispatch or so unorganized we literally received 10 to 15 calls with something new all the time. The only saving grace of the whole experience was Scott the limousine driver which was very professional and tried to make the best of the situation.

I will NEVER use Blackhorse limo again!
I was renting a limo for a bachelorette party and the DAY BEFORE the event the Claudia called to say she could not honor that price, and tried to double the price (even though I had an emailed receipt and had put down a deposit).
After the event, they wanted to charge us $120 for "excessive cleaning." When I asked what had to be cleaned (because I thought we left it in good shape) they said there were candy wrappers left. I'm sorry.... $120 to pick up a couple of candy wrappers!?

I highly recommend Blackhorse Limo!! My son turned 21 and he said Marco has to be the best driver in Houston! Claudia was professional and so was Scott. Everyone I spoke with or met was great! The limo was on time and all my requests were met! I will be a repeat customer!!
