Worst shipping company ever. They will deliver a shipment from the wrong company, refuse to come back and pick it up. Charge you for their mistake and hold your shipment hostage until you pay for their mistake. Then after you pay them up front to deliver your shipment (even tho you have had credit for years, they just randomly revoke your credit… And hold your pallet until you pay for their mistake, because they know you won’t pay otherwise for a shipment you didn’t ask for) when they finally delivered my shipment they just left it on the road.Shady af, no one know how business

Poor quality costumer service. I don't recommand them at all. Didn't let me more than 24 hours to find a solution to find people to help with a heavy load to get it in the place with stairs. I understand with the covid but they don't have any understanding ou flexibility and they don't inform they clients when they call that they don't bring your package inside. In less than 24 hours, they have started to charge extra fees. Be carefull!

Watch out for this company. They will quote you a very affordable rate and then hit you with a ton of hidden fees, as well as have inaccurate dimensions of your shipment to also charge you more. And if you provide them with the accurate info, with photos and proof...they refuse to do anything about it....oh and they will refuse to put a manager on the phone.

Bunch of unprofessional liar people working in this company that are not well aware about logistics . Do not jeopardize your merchandise Specially , drivers are not well equipped and hardly speaking English or French . Do not pay with your credit card . They can charge even after claiming false services . ***** do not get betrayed with their… cheap freight rate , once they have you get ready after it all changes and even the drivers gives you attitude **** I had to give 1 stars, they don’t even deserve that . I had once a claim they broke my product and they can not even afford $50
