We are four miles north of Interstate 80 at Exit 19, located along the historic Hennepin Canal, a recreational trail covering about 72 miles that offers great bicycling, canoeing or hiking! You can fish the canal for bass, bluegill, crappie, and catfish! Or, if you would prefer, a leisurely ride along the canal on a Surrey Cart to enjoy the tranquil scenery.
We provide portable fire pans with the purchase of firewood for your cabin, RV or tent site. Non-Camping Guests: All non-camping guests must have prior approval and they must stop at the park office to check in before entry. They will be required to park in the over flow / guest parking areas, not at the camp site.

Magic Show at the Campground! 10:00 am - 12 pm - Head into Geneseo to check out the Scarecrow Row and trick-or-treating on State Street. 1Pm Till. Skeleton Scavenger Hunt Trick or Treat Parade Cocoa Bar Party with Music! We hope you join us!
7 miles past the Mississippi River Bridge, take Exit 7 (Colona) Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp. Travel 10 miles to the first stop sign and turn right. Campground is 1 mile on the left hand side. Very easy access and this will save you 15 miles from driving to Exit 19! 3 miles east on SR92, then 5 miles south on SR82, turn left into the driveway just before crossing the canal.

Nice RV campground with nice showers and WiFi. The staff were friendly and helpful to this novice RV’er. One of them helped me remove a stuck water drain cap from my RV. Another directed me to a nearby store for an RV part that was slightly more suitable for me than the one they had in stock, going so far as to look up the part I needed on the other store’s web site so I could take a photo. Will definitely be staying here the next time I pass by.

We live nearby and visited friends there who had rented one of the three small cabins. They were very happy with the cabin and showed it off to us. There was what looked to be a double bed and a set of bunk beds, a small dorm-size refrigerator, and a window air conditioner. The cabin was very clean, cute, and other than not having a TV or it's own bath, it was as nice as a motel room-- and dogs are allowed.
There was a nice picnic table, a large grass yard, and the combination office/camp store/bathroom/shower building, and the playground area was a short walk away. There were three cabins.

Stayed two nights, August 21-23, 2021. Owners are fantastic and very accommodating. Had a pull through site and there was plenty of room for our 31 foot camper and tow vehicle. Sites are gravel and pretty level. Rent a fun pedal bike, canoe/kayak, or just relax and enjoy the solitude. Lots of trees and easy access to the bike/walking trail. Campground is easy to get to but be sure to go through town to avoid the 10 foot viaduct. Check-in is 3:00pm which is a little late for my liking but check out is 2:00pm. A definite return place for us.

It was really a great weekend catching up with friends. The new owners, Shannon, Gerard and Trey are very friendly and very accommodating. The bathrooms are really clean, they maintained the cleanliness really well. It was just unfortunate though that we picked a real humid weekend and there were a lot of mosquitoes. But overall, the campground is really nice especially their bathrooms

We've lived fairly close to this campground for years and had never stayed here before. Till one day we decided to pay them a visit. We're glad we did because now we try to stay here more often. Place is kind of small but we manage. They have a beautiful path for walking or biking along the canal. The staff is very nice and helpful. We highly recommend you pay them a camping visit.

Fantastic hosts!!! Very accommodating and friendly. The park is quiet and relaxing with nice space between sites. Next to the park is a county owned bike/walking path next to a water way.
We were traveling from out of State and needed to add extra days to our stay. The owners were great to work with and helped us stay in our same spot for the extra time. Thank you.
