Alex Fryer created Fryer Consulting in 2013 to work with Indaba Global Coaching as an independent consultant. As Alex gained experience and Indaba's business expanded, Alex recruited Michael Ortega and his younger brother James Fryer to work with Indaba and Fryer Consulting as independent consultants.
