Excellent customer service across the board. Dr. Smithberger, Dr Heard and Dr Clayton and the whole staff is kind, efficient and good humored. The office is immaculate. Clean comfortable and lovely decor. They’re extremely responsive when I have a question and eager to listen. Very attentive and understanding of my medical needs. The medical assistants are helpful and knowledgeable as well. I am a Lupus warrior and I feel comfortable knowing they are on my team helping keeping me informed and accessing my medical condition with patients and compassion.

I had a procedure today and felt pretty nervous.Everyone was very reassuring which made me feel so much better/ relaxed.All staff that I came in contact with were very polite ...explaining everything as we went. Instructions were given in written form so if I had questions , I had time to ask.The staff / Dr made for a pleasant experience.

I’ve been going to Clayton Dermatology for several years and in addition to Dr. Clayton, Dr. Smithberger has been my primary dermatologist. She is always friendly, straightforward, and professional. Today I had squamous cell surgery and she was amazing along with her assistant, Kimberly. They both put me at ease, answered my questions thoroughly, and provided post op advice to help me heal in the best way possible. In addition to a friendly front office, CD is always consistent with appointment reminders. I’m very happy with the care I receive from Clayton Dermatology.

Park outside. Sit in the air conditioned comfort of your own vehicle. Call the office. They bring any needed paperwork out to you, with mask on. They call you when ready. They meet you at the door, with mask on. They lead you through their very clean, new and nice lobby, hallways, to your comfortable, if sparse, private room. Dr. Shows up in minutes. Dr. does her thing. Dr. Leaves. You leave.
That's all well and good.
The only thing missing is basically any personal touch at all. No getting to know you. No jokes. No nothing. Just business. I've seen two different
