I hired Kelley Keller many months ago to take care of an office action on a trademark issue I was having. She doesn't call very often to tell me what's happening and when she does, she makes great promises about what she is going to do and then I hear nothing from her.
It has been months since I have heard from her and I know a deadline is either about to pass or has and they won't email me back or call me back. I actually messaged them on Facebook, saw that someone immediately read my message and still no response or phone call.
Do NOT hire these people.
