When I entered I was extremely apprehensive. The young lady by the name of Nichole was such a common influence and walked me through the common problems that was so upsetting to me. She fixed my problem and assured all is well. I would recommend Digital Solutions to anybody!

I wasn’t completely sure what was wrong with my computer, so I brought it in for a troubleshoot and sure enough they found out the problem and fixed it in a matter of hours for me. Not only that, but the prices they charge we’re very reasonable. If I ever have any computer problems I’m not able to fix, I’ll be making sure to come to Digital Solutions.

They are great to work with. They setup a server at our office and ran lines to all our desks so we can have our desktops connecting directly. They setup Wi-Fi that works much better than our old Wi-Fi and they recent came out to extend our Wi-Fi to a new area of our office and everything is working great. I would highly recommend them to any small business, they really took care of us!

Very Professional and Knowledgeable - I have been using Digital Solutions since 2009. I have a laptop and a desktop. The computer service I was using prior never seemed to be able to correct the problem the first time around. With Digital Solutions, it's fixed the first time and usually within a few days. The camera stopped working on my laptop after I did a Microsoft update. I needed it that day for Google Hangout and Zoom meetings. As soon as I walked in the door, I was met by several workers. I explained my issue. They worked on it right away and fixed the problem. (Very friendly and knowledgeable staff)

Digital Solutions is our IT go-to. They are a local company with friendly, professional, and responsive employees. Digital Solutions handles a wide range of services for our Medical Office. They support and maintain our phone system, manage our office and fax servers, and are just a call away for any day to day opportunities. I have had two experiences with Digital Solutions. The first was a couple of years ago where they converted old homemade VHS tapes to DVDs, and they did a great job for a very reasonable price. Having had a great experience with them in the past, I contacted them about a week ago for service on my desktop computer. I was having a great deal of trouble following automatic updates from Microsoft and especially Microsoft Edge. I setup a home appointment because I am disabled and it is hard to transport things, and they sent a computer tech, Eric, and he just completed the work on my computer. He not

Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I needed an external hard drive tested to determine if it was defective to validate warranty coverage. The test was done at no cost to me and a verification letter provided without asking. I have used the VHS to DVD transfer services previously and was pleased then also.
