I like to the Dr. and the nurse I met with on my visit very much but feel the front office staff is inept and could learn manners. I called this morning spoke with the front office and they agreed to have my medicine at the front desk at 4:30 this afternoon, I left work in Frankfort and got to their office at 4:30 they were leaving and just said it's not at the desk and blew me off. I would not have to worry about this if the has faxed my prescription back a month ago when they received it. I am truly upset at their attitude and the disregard.

Standing up for your child’s best interest is not tolerated at Elkhorn. Nurse practitioner put my child on meds that required 30 day visits. Strangely no appts were available outside of school times. We miraculously found a Telehealth time available and all was good. I then get a termination of service. Guess education isn’t important.
Only Dermatologist in town, but I will always advocate for my children, even if it inconveniences me.

Very happy with my visit - there are some very negative reviews about this practice so I was reluctant to go but I am glad I did! I could NOT have had a better experience with this practice. From beginning to end....... everyone was exceptionally nice and comforting. The APRN, Jessica, was very thorough and professional and super nice and engaging! I don't normally leave reviews but I felt that I had to post this because of the other negative posts. Do not be reluctant to visit this practice due to other reviews!!!
