Crew was very responsive and came out same day to blow lines. Price was steep, 150 for something that typically cast 50 to 75. But the kicker they blew out the connection when applying air pressure that then had to be replaced. Charged me time an d material for a repair they caused. No thank you never again.

We recently purchased our house and had Hunter's winterize our system even though we had never used it and didn't know much about it. In the Spring they came back out for a start-up and we walked the property. Phil was great, extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He pointed out what was working well and why along with what could be improved and why. After obtaining an estimate for some improvements to the current lines/heads we hired him to redo 2 zones and add another. I have used Hunter's Irrigation in Clarkston for about 1 1/2 years. They return my calls promptly, schedule appointments within a couple days and actually show up ON TIME! The guys are always very thorough in their work, pleasant and patient when it comes to explaining EVERYTHING they are doing and anything I want to understand. I am very happy with all of the work they did with winterization, spring start up, sprinkler head replacements, system reprogramming and the repair they made on the main valve thingy where the water comes out from the house. This company is a rip off. For spring opening there was damaged head. The technician informed me they had to charge a standard service call fee even though they were out opening the system. Later this year.Needed system to be rearranged in backyard due to new patio construction. He quoted me approx 1500. I expected it to entail a significant amount of time to complete. I was home when they came. The entire job took 2 hours.He had 4 workers initially. 2 left during the job. 2 finished the job. He charged labor as if all 4 were here the whole time. That was minimal compared to what he charged for

I have used Hunter's Irragation for several years now and LOVE THEM! They are reasonable in their service calls .. replacing heads and such. My daughter uses them also. They are always prompt and polite. the above was 2017
it is now 2019 We built a new home and Hunters just finished installing my sprinkling system. I could NOT be happier.. they got the job done so much sooner than i expected. It was a large job with over a mile of pipe. I was instructed on how to use the controller.. MY drivewary and walkways were swept after they left. They go above and beyond what i expect!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Please do yourself a favor and read through the reviews of people that were dissatisfied with the level of service...I’m sure you noticed a common theme and issue. I had Gary and George at my house. They were on time and polite. They went through all of my 10 zones and adjusted sprinkler heads (direction, spray pattern) where needed and replaced 3 other heads that were broken from another companies poor attempt at winterizing. They worked very fast, listened to what I wanted, and made my sprinkler system compatible with what my lawn needs are now. I called Hunter Irrigation to service my sprinkler system. They turned on the system and performed zone checks along with sprinkler heads. While going through the system, they noticed several heads that needed to be replaced. However, they positioned one of the sprinkler heads to water the lawn along with half of the driveway. I called them back to correct the problem by not watering the driveway and was charged once again for something that should have been done correctly at the first visit.
