My 82 year old mother was taken on emergency to JBCH with a broken femur, resulting from a fall, and was immediately seen by Dr Rajeev Raman. The good doctor operated on my mother the following day and discharged her from the hospital within 48 hours of surgery after ensuring that she was already standing on her feet. Dr.dipmalya chowkorbatty worst doctor and the hospital is also the worst......even government hospitals have better Treatment than this.....the doctor made me and my 74yrs grandmother wait for 3hrs just to examine her and the staff doesn't know anything about the doctor....in a second he is in OT in a second he is having lunch.....pls don't go to this hospital I repeat PLS DON'T GO.

A very good hospital for joint and bone care
Staff at the hospital are very experienced and cooperative and the environment is very cordial.
My wife, Sm Bandana Ghosh ,was admitted to the hospital on November 14th, 2021 for relief from severe pain in left hip due to traumatic injury because of domestic fall leading to fracture of neck of femur .
The operation was performed by Dr. Joydeep Banerjee Chowdhury, a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor and the operation was performed successfully.
I found him very sympathetic to the patients. I was amazed at his friendly behavior.
Staff at the hospital are very experienced and cooperative and the environment is very cordial.

I thought of sharing my experience for helping other patients to take right decision. In the month of September 2021.I visited JBC hospital (saltlake) for my wife with a symptom of a pain in the middle of rib cage which was happening during the sleep. Likely pain was generating from Spine, so got an appointment with Dr. Abdul Naim Ostagar (Spine specialist). He is very well behaved and explain things properly but he needs huge improvement of his diagnosis capability. At the first moment he prescribed a MRI scan of entire spine along with CRP blood test with a suspection of "Bone TB". But which

Dr.g.g.kar of jbch is a very efficient surgeon and a very good human being.He is very approachable.I Also the hospital stuff and treatment is very good.
My sister was operated by dr.g.g.kar on her hip bone on 14th feb 2020.The operation was difficult particularly because of her osterporosis and she being a kidney transplanted patient.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Doctors were all very friendly,well behaved and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Ostagar and 5th floor reception staff were very helpful to bring me a wheelchair by a shorter time and especially Mrs Chaitali took her time to explain some physiotherapy package as well.So I highly recommend this hospital.

Today I went out with the patient with some very bad experience. Let's start from the entrance, Despite having two lifts for the convenience of the patient and the patient party, Only one lift was ran all the day without any notice for any reason, specially breaking the covid protocol. Support employees on every floor, starting from the canteen, are not wearing gloves or carrying proper sanitation equipment.

My grandmother (92 years old) was operated by Dr. JBC and she has been remarkably fine.
The operation at this age was super successful and flawless.
Each and every hospital staff s were cooperative, supportive and helpful.
The post operation support of physiotherapy was also very good.
My grandmother was unable to sit properly, now she walks!!

We arrived from out of state to inspect our first home and didnt know what to expect.
We had our appointment scheduled with Jon and it was simple and straightforward to get it done ahead of time since he responds right away. We showed up at the house 10mins early and Jon was already on duty inspecting the property. He is very detailed about everything and super friendly. Honest and very informative about his findings. He didn't waste time getting started. When we arrived he was already up on the roof doing his inspection. When he got down from the roof he greeted my husband and I with a hand shake.
We walked with him most of his inspection. He welcomed us to walk with him and explained things along the way. He made suggestions of things we could do to prevent problems down the road in caring for our new home.
