Services
Sixty years ago, an institution was established in the heart of Fairmont to help meet the healthcare needs of the community. Today, even though our services have greatly expanded and our name has changed from Fairmont Clinic to MVA Health Centers, our values and devotion to delivering quality care has never been stronger.

Melissa Spring was dismissive with my concerns, unhelpful with my issues, showed up a FULL HOUR late, and then waited until I was shaking and crying before she would listen to what I had asked her to do at the beginning of the visit. On top of that, she never told me about any potential after-effects of the procedure, which I immediately experienced and had to call the office back about!
It was a horrible experience and she was extremely unprofessional, I could not recommend her less.

I have had nothing but good dealings with the Fairmont Clinic over the years. Dr. Paliwal is my physician and he is very good and sympathetic. The front desk workers are very friendly and efficient. The only problem there is that it is difficult to tell when the person around the corner at the check-in area is available, since they are not visible from where the queue forms. The online check-in makes things even more efficient.

Would rate zero if possible. Reception/check in personnel rude beyond belief. The phreesa tablet "to better serve you" is nothing more than a guarantee they're going to get their money regardless the lack of professional services (or better, lack of service) the patient will receive: plus an invasion of one's privacy based on majority of questions asked.
This place total shame. No respect of hippa privacy laws based on behavior of reception/check in area since gossip seems to drive them.
Place would fail an unplanned audit based on condition/professionalism/conduct/care of staff.
Dr.s are confrontational

I have recently started bringing my daughter back here. Before there were rude drs, receptionist and nurses. Now the pediatric dept has a friendly check in receptionist and the nurses are very sweet, caring and helpful. My kids have seen Dr Vangula and he is very thorough, patient, kind, and very attentive. The wait time isn’t usually longer than 20 mins
I also go to the pharmacy and it’s staffed with friendly and fast paced workers as well.

The staff members who have been there years are very respectful and courteous. But the new doctors are rude and disrespectful they don't listen to what the parents have to say. They have a preconceived notions as to the problem. Sorry nobody knows a child better than the parent. The new nurses have a problem power tripping. I wouldn't recommend taking your child here unless you have no other option. The older nurses have my upmost respect, whereas the younger ones seem to wish tartness anywhere else. My wife almost went to jail because it was time for my toddlers shots the nurse jabbed the needle

Rude receptionists, rude nurses, and rude doctors. It's like no one that has worked there has ever worked in a clinic, or any health care workplace before. Awful. You'll also wait for at least an hour to be seen for any appointment on any day at any time, even if you're the first appointment of the day. Don't expect your prescriptions to be given the go ahead to be refilled in under 3 days. Definitely call to have them refilled at least a week in advance so that you're not left without your prescriptions. They also won't call you to let you know they were refilled after they tell you that they
