North Ridge Yamaha Suzuki has been serving our customers since 1972. Ralph Johnston is owner/operator and became a motorcycle enthusiast at a very young age. This is a family run business with daughter, Jill, as Parts Mgr. and son-in-law Joe as General Mgr. Joe is an avid ATV racer and carries with him over 30 years knowledge of parts and service.
Our Award Winning Service Department has been there to answer the call for over Forty years. Our Service Department has been recognized by both Yamaha and Suzuki for offering Outstanding Service to our customers. In addition to award winning performance, our service department is always available to offer advice on any subject from cleaning, repairs or even vehicle maintenance.
Summer is always an exciting time for anyone interested in purchasing a new motorcycle or ATV. We offer many forms of financing from both the Motorcycle manufacturers and the local banks. Yesterday we went to NRY to look at a YZF50 for my wine who is turning 4 next month. We met with Bill the owner and he showed us what we asked for, however took the time to explain to us why most people start their kids on a dirt bike with training wheels instead (safety and skill development). Bill and his team installed the trainers on the TTR50 that we bought and delivered it later yesterday to our home. Had some trouble keeping it running as the idle was set a little lean, when I called Bill he didn’t hesitate to jump in his truck and drive all the way back to my house when he knew that my

This place is top notch! Small place with true 'mom and pop' service. I came from out of state to buy my bike because so many people recommended them. They literally had the best deal and they know their stuff. I cannot say enough good about them. It's nice that there are still some small shops like this around where they know you by name and not just a number. Thank you North Ridge Yamaha, you have a customer for life!

Great prices, service and people! I live about 2 hours from them so I don't go there but I don't need to...call and tell them what you need and done. Best prices around and very helpful. I actually pass another Yamaha dealer on my way to work in Alliance and all I can get from them is "sorry, that's the MSRP". If you're going to charge me full price, at least do it with a smile.
