Founded in 1982 by Pat and LaNell Gerald in Hopkins County, Professional Land Title Company has come a long way from its beginnings.
Serving the residential needs of Delta, Franklin and Hopkins Counties, Professional Land Title Company makes customer service a priority. With three offices, customers may close at any location convenient to them. Due to our experienced abstractors, we can provide our customers with an insurable title to their property or, when necessary and in coordination with the underwriters' attorneys, suggest title curative remedies.

Professional Land Title Company has done a great job for our office and our clients. Gary and his staff have a "can do" attitude, and show us on a consistent basis that they appreciate our business. We know when we submit a contract to Professional Land Title Company, there will be no excuses. They get it done, and they get it done on time.

I would not recommend this company if it was the only title company in Hopkins County.
I was told that the title company had a signed partial lien release, then asked to see the document and then was told the document was attached to an email as requested and when I opened the document it was of course not signed.
The owner got involved and was condescending and arrogant and claims that I can not see the signed document even though it is essential to the closing.
I am filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance.
My experience with this company was terrible and it is my opinion

My name is Kathy King hanifin. This is the worse place ever I gave dealt with. Has taken over 6 months to close on property. Dragging feet. Not doing things promptly. Requiring unnecessary info. Please send me board members names and phone now. This company should be investigated. Still waiting

I recently needed copies of paperwork for a closing held in 2004. I contacted the office and they were more than helpful. They retrieved the files from storage, made copies and mailed them to me. This service was without charge. The friendly, polite and professional service was very much appreciated. Remembering the closing in 2004 and this recent request I can recommend this company without reservation.
