We would highly recommend AJN Construction for any home construction or remodeling. A friend hired Lex for a room addition and was very happy with his work and recommended him to us for a major home remodel. Lex responded to our first phone call in a very timely fashion and met with us within a couple of days.
Lex drew up the plans incorporating our dreams and his ideas within a couple of weeks. He was very up front about the costs, and what the remodel would entail, since we were going to be living in the house with our pets. During the process of the remodel, we had some ideas for changes / upgrades and Lex was very good about explaining the pros and cons of the changes and the costs associated with them.

I hired Lex and his son, Russell, to build a two story garage with a game room on the second floor. Lex had great ideas about how to site the garage on our hillside location and made numerous suggestions about how to improve our original design as he was sketching out the blueprint and while the garage was being built. Lex also made cost cutting suggestions while maintaining the quality of the project. I have hired several contractors over the years for additions and upgrades to our house. I have never witnessed such craftmanship and attention to detail. The building inspectors were always complimentary

We are doing a complete kitchen remodel at our home on the Western Slope and were pressed for time to have demo portion of the project completed. I called a few other local contractors, but after speaking Lex at AJN Construction, it was clear that they were the best group for the job.

I hired the company to complete a kitchen remodel for my single story home. I live with a disabled person so AJN Construction had to build an alternative entrance so we could continue to live on premises during the construction. They built a wooden deck style walkway that worked out beautifully (it's so nice I'm leaving it up permanently.) The remodel took weeks to complete and Lex (AJN's owner) kept me update to the progress regularly. Each night they cleaned up so we could use areas of the house without any problems.
