The Driftwood RV Resort and Campground (becoming Copalis River RV Park soon) is located in Copalis Beach, Washington. Copalis is just north of Ocean Shores and Ocean City on State Route 109 close enough for an easy trip to these beach communities. Further north on the highway from Copalis Beach you will find Seabrook, Pacific Beach, and Moclips.

Together this is home to some of the finest beaches, cliffs, streams and rivers that the coast of Washington has to offer as well as many conventions, events, and activities. The Driftwood RV Resort and Campground was built in the 1930s for clamming and fishing.
Services
Full refund will be given if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the original booking date. A refund less 30% of reservation fees (due to servicing fees) will be mailed to you if cancellation is made 14 days prior to check in. Exception: If reservation is booked within 2 weeks of arrival date no refunds will be issued.
With our central location to the popular beach town of Ocean Shores to our south and beautiful coast to our north, there is no shortage of events, sights, and activities to enjoy. There are also frequently scheduled clam digs during non-summer months, beautiful beaches and streams here and all up and down State Route 109.
Washington's coast experiences an oceanic climate which tends to be less extreme both in hot and cold temperatures compared to areas farther inland. This makes the coast a popular place for people escaping the summer heat and the winter cold to enjoy a fairly moderate climate year-round. Thanks to the moderate temperatures year-round there is very little opportunity for snowfall in Copalis.

We have been coming here for the last few years. Watched the changes and improvements happening and are pleased each time we go there. Its a nice quiet park with large roomy sites for trailers etc. The staff are friendly and helpful, the owner has always been very easy to work with and I just love coming back every year for my relaxing visit.

Best campground on Washington coast. Such a beautiful setting. Impeccably maintained. The bathrooms are to die for and I'm super picky. Wifi worked well. I was able to work from the trailer. We were there during off season so not much competition. Verizon cell had only one bar of service.

Really cute! Lots of homey touches and beautiful landscape. Wellmaintained. Nice staff. AND ACTUALLY NEXT TO A RIVER! Definitely recommend.
The only suggestion is to drive up SLOWLY. Otherwise, like us , you will drive a long way until you can turn. Around!

Another great weekend. Everyone from entering the park to firewood delivery, so very nice. The bathrooms not only smell clean they are clean.
Fish/clam cleaning stations. Great place, full hookups and if you like to stay connected or play games you have Wi-Fi and cable connections.
We will be back. Thank you

We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. It was a little confusing all the emails said Copalis river RV but when you get there it's The Driftwood RV. The staff was frie dly and they took very good care of the park. Great bathrooms with good showers. And a nice cleaning station for your catch of the day. I'll be bring my family back there again.

Very well-maintained and clean. Cable TV reminds me that many rural cable providers have FOX, but no CNN or MSNBC....no wonder so many cannot bet a second source of info to verify what they are being told! Not the RV Park's doing, but they could put in a word with their local provider.

Beautiful smaller camp ground. With trails next to the river and a very short drive (could walk if motivated. 😉) to the beach.
Great hospitality from the host. Improvements being made regularly. Would love to come back to visit from Colorado and camp here again!

We stayed in pull-through spot #1. We liked the hook ups, and the pretty landscaping next to our spot. We didn’t like that we were basically right up against the highway, so we would opt for a different site if we were to return. The RV park is well maintained and the staff were very friendly. We were close to lots of beaches and enjoyed the local pub for a bite to eat and cocktails. The drive-thru espresso stand down the road was great, and we just enjoyed the Copalis and surrounding areas very much. We had drama a couple spots over, from one of the park’s longer term residents, but the local

We loved this park! You are not right on the beach but when we visited sites on the beach we realized that those are much less desirable. This camp is secure, clean, well spaced, wonderful facilities, great trails with beautiful huge trees and exceptional owner/staff. After seeing the other campgrounds, we will come back to this one every visit.

This resort is amazing! The sites are separated by trees so you are not on top of your neighbor. It was very quiet and peaceful. The landscape was very well kept and clean. The bathrooms and showers look they have been recently renovated and it's nicer than my bathroom at home!! There are hiking trails which go to the Copalis River. This is our new go to spot when we go to the Ocean Shores area. I almost didn't want to give this review because I know once the word gets out it will book up fast!!!
