Had the filter for almost a year and it's been problem after problem after problem from the very beginning. I've had a service alert on there a few times and reached out and they said somebody would call and come and nothing happened. It's been one problem after the next. The last time, they troubleshooted it and it came back up immediately and they said they'd let somebody know and nothing came from it. Yeaaaaaah.....

Surprisingly the water in my city smells and it hard on the skin. The house filter system hasn't lived up to the promise for chemical free water.
Don't purchase the $500 Sonoma soap. You will revive an annual supply for one year doe five years. This stuff definitely isn't good for your skin.
I must agree with other reviews that the referral program is slow to nonexistent. As of today, my neighbor hasn't received their referral bonus. Today makes the 4th call to my sales person and customer service.

Aqucare provides a great product, but the customer service is excellent. Life is simply easier not having to worry about water bottes and knowing that you are drinking clean water. I honestly had no idea that it would make such a difference but we use our water it seems like all day. Lastly, Abraham provides customer service that rivals Chick-fil-a. He has personally come to my house multiple times to ensure that my water was working without any issues and has always been avilable to address my concerns. Honestly, Aquacare is a compant you can trust.

Very fast installation, they came the following day from when they did the presentation. I've had the system for a week and I'm very happy with the system. Everyone that works there seem to always be in good spirit and knowledgeable. I'm really happy with the customer service and I'm also happy the product, really recommend it!

Simply amazing. We’ve had our system for maybe 2.5 years now, if I can remember correctly😅. Either way, I appreciate the company and their continued work and support with checking in on our system. Purchased a water treatment system (Genesis Purity 2100) from them back in May last year, and I absolutely love it! After a year has passed, I called them to check the quality of the water and to change the filters for the osmosis system, and the personalized will was very good. Just took measurements a few calls / texts to confirm an appointment, so I can only assume these guys are quite busy... 😊
