Broken Arrow Powder Coating, Inc. has been serving customer needs with two state of the art conveyor systems and batch capabilities for the past 12 years. We meet or exceed all EPA requirements for the state of Oklahoma. We have had testing done by major companies for salt spray and humidity with results of a minimum of 500 hours salt spray and 1000 hours humidity.

Based on our knowledge and experience with powder coating, Broken Arrow Powder Coating has been awarded numerous bids from the US Department of Defense and contractors of US Federal Air Marshal Unit. The aluminum aerospace training simulator shown here is coated in a white, polyester triglycidyl isocyanurate (TGIC ) powder coat finish, which matches Airbus's OEM color specifications.
Broken Arrow Powder Coating has assisted the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, City of Tulsa Oklahoma, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC Engineers) with the development of a powder coating specification for transportation highway elements such as, hand rails, light poles, and ornamental components.
A customer in the oil and gas industry contacted Broken Arrow, seeking a solution for the powder coating of their hydraulic vacuum lifter system. The vacuum systems which are used in pipeline construction, see a great deal of wear due to the harsh environment of the industry. The OEM had been utilizing a 3-part epoxy paint application, which was causing units to fade and rust prematurely.

Horrible attitudes and very poor customer service! I would not recommend this company to anyone. It’s very clear that walk-ins are not welcome and their main priority is big accounts.
If you need Powdercoating, I highly recommend MTW powder coating in Broken Arrow. Great customer service with welcoming attitudes and great turn around time for walk-ins.

I love what this place does! I wish I would have known about them years ago. Everything I have taken to them has been amazing. I even recently took in two vintage steal chairs. One part of the chair was lose and moved while powder coating. It was really not the fault of the place, only the condition of the chair, and this place totally redid the chair for me. I was hoping for a touch up. I have never been disappointed with anything I have taken there. And I have taken a lot of pieces to them. I love the powder coating. They sand blast any rust off and them powder coat them. So much better than

Made the mistake of taking some Alfa Romeo suspension parts to another powder coater and will never do that again. BAPC's turn around is great, they mask parts off correctly and the finish is perfect. No matter if it is old lawn furniture or classic car parts, this is the place to go to.
