Dr. Diddams CxA, BS, MS, DBA, has over 30 years' experience as a Senior Marine Officer and Program Manager on numerous high-profile projects both CONUS and OCONUS. Commander's has an over 90% rate for repeat business with a focus on exceeding their customer's expectations. Mr. Bowen P.E., B.S., has 17 patents and leads CCCxA's engineering division with over 40 years' experience in electrical engineering, project management, and quality assurance.
