My name is Elsa, and I have been styling hair professionally for over twelve years. I am a San Diego native, and proud of it. I currently work in Santee at CC's Hair Salon, and am also an educator for Joico & Iso brands. I believe in continuing my education to bring to my clients the latest and greatest my profession has to offer.
I am proficient in haircutting, coloring, texture, styles, and facial waxing. I am determined to educate all of my clients to maintain the health and integrity of their hair. Cici and Elsa are awesome, they always leave my hair exactly as I would want it, and I'm kind of picky with it. They're both amazing and have many years of experience, you can either walk in or make an appointment, they'll always take care of you. I have been going to Cici's since the early 2000s. Cici and Elsa are experts when it comes to cutting, styling, and coloring. They are truly gifted. If you are a newcomer, Cici will look at your hair, feel it and study your face. Ask you questions about the time you spend on your hair before going out. CiCi and Elsa are not going to give you a cut that won't work for your type of hair.
That is a big plus.
They know how to color hair. Artists actually when it comes to coloring. You can not go wrong going to Cici's Hair Salon, You will absolutely come out feeling like a million dollars

CeeCiee is an absolute lifesaver. TLDR; If you are looking for color that lasts, and a stylist with a heart of gold who is willing to work with you until you get what you absolutely love, then you NEED to see CC.

SOMEHOW they turned my hair PINK!!! PINK!!! How??? I have no idea. But CC, who was booked until the end of the year, took me in and fixed me up. This absolute angel of a woman

I wanted to try a new place for Keritan Hair treatment. When I called they were nice on the phone so I scheduled a consultant appt. Wow, showed up for my appt on time. Walked into salon and the women said "I will be right with you". Did not even acknowledge I had appt?? I waited 10 minutes while she continued the weave she was doing which was going to take at least another 30 minutes. I decided my time was more valuable. Very rude person and I felt ignored and that she did not want my business. I never complain about anything. I get my hair done often and Keritan treatment at

I'm rating this 3 stars because of the price. I had highlights and decided to go a dark red color. My hair looks great but I was charged $250 for color and a cut. I have some thick hair but damn. I can understand paying that in Beverly Hills but the location is nothing special either. It's in a run down strip off Mast. The salon was nice though and she gave me some sangria. But I won't be going back.

CC destroyed my hair. She thinned it out so much that my hair is flat and I look like a square head or even worse...Frankenstein! I'm so disappointed with her lack of doing what I wanted and taking it upon herself to do what she wanted. She blasted me about haircare for half an hour and then just started under cutting my hair saying I had too much hair. I can't style it, curl it, wave it, nothing!!! So disappointing.

This salon is awesome! They will treat you like family and take care of your hair. I had a misfortune with my hair and needed my hair fixed ASAP, Elsa did wonders and my hair looked absolutely wonderful. I've taken my three girls for haircuts and they had such wonderful experiences, they love coming to get their hair cuts! And can I say the bang service for established customers???!!! Omg, so in love with that!!!! So worth my drive from Allied Gardens!!!

Can't say enough about CC and how great she is in every way.. been going here for a couple years and she's always done the best job on my hair, and as of last year I started taking my 2 year old there, and he loves being there.
She has the best energy and her place is always clean and welcoming. This is a place everyone needs to check out.

C C is amazing! She is an artist with her visions on hairstyles and haircuts. I was a bit unsure of how an undercut would look as I have pretty long hair but to say it turned out amazing is a pure understatement!
The complements I've received from the moment I stepped out of her salon has been overwhelming. She honestly gives you more than a new hairstyle, she makes you leave with a level of confidence. I will gladly travel 3000 miles for C C again!

My haircut was suppose to be straight across but it didn't end up that way. My first experience was great, my second time around not so much. A family member noticed my hair was cut wrong and took a picture to show me. I was very disappointed when I seen it because the first time around they did such a good job. Now I have to grow it out a little more and find someone to fix this mistake.
