For over 80 years, Parker Tree Service has been caring for trees and plants through various means of service such as Trimming, Tree Removal, and overall Plant Health. We work hard and strive to keep homes and businesses Beautiful and Safe through proper care and tree maintenance.
In Idaho we receive from time to time, terrible weather. We get it all here. We get huge downpours of rain, furious winds that rip apart trees, and heavy snow that sometimes doesn't go away for weeks or months. All of these various storms can leave you feeling overwhelmed. Parker Tree Service can help.
To estimate removal cost, measure the stump width, but do so from the base of the roots that are protruding above ground, if any, since these must be removed as well. Stump grinding and removal is a straightforward process. A high-powered stump grinder, about 3 feet wide, is brought in to literally grind down the stump, 8-12 inches below ground level - sometimes lower, depending on what will be done with the area.
Trees may need to be removed for a number of reasons. A tree might be dead, diseased, or dying. Or perhaps new construction or landscaping requires a removal. In any case it's important to use an expert, especially in situations requiring dangerous or tight-spot removals, when power lines, homes, or other structures are close by.

I requested quotes to remove a large elm tree from my property from 6 different companies. 5 of those company's gave me quotes for between $1,800.00 to $2,400.00. Parker Tree Service was the very last one to respond (slowest to bid) and then they sent me a ridiculous quote of $4,750.00 for the exact same services that I would have been receiving from the other company's who bid. Needless to say, we will not be using their services!

Parker tree service came out when they said they would. They trimmed up the trees better than I expected. When they cleaned up I couldn't tell they were even there. Parker tree service also recommended a couple of treatments to make my trees even better. I will definitely be using them again.

This is literally a 5-star outfit. I have a 1 acre residential property that needed all trees and shrubs pruned and sculpted. They came the same day I called and gave me a very fair bid. They scheduled me for the job one week later and gave me plenty of notice. They showed up right when they said they would. A full crew did in a few hours what would have taken me days and days. And the quality of the work is spectacular -- everything is clean. The trees are perfectly pruned -- not too severe, not too light. I'm elated with the fantastic results that Parker Tree Service provided. Every step exceeded my expectations starting with the office managers scheduling my quote, Sean providing an estimate, and Dan, Donny, Levi and Ethan carrying out the tree removal, stump grinding and tree pruning. The job Foreman greeted me the morning of the service day and conducted a walk-thru prior to anyone else arriving. He was kind, professional, and clearly experienced.

I found Parker Tree Service through great reviews on"Next Door" in my neighborhood in Eagle. Google reviews were great too. We had a lot of very large trees to come down and I have had a previously horrible experience with another company in another house, ripping up a whole sprinkler valve station and throwing it up on my patio. That was a $5000.00 fix and that guy was long gone. What we received from Parker Tree Service was the absolute best service. Update to my previous review, I forgot to mention, they don't take credit cards without a substantial service charge. It wasn't a huge problem for me, but they didn't tell me this until after the fact. I was traveling/out of town for work, and couldn't get home to write and mail off a paper check until later in the month. It would have been more professional to explain this part of the billing process during the bidding. Especially when the job is four figures.

We made an appointment with Parker Tree Service to come out to give us advice on trees we had planted.
I informed Lisa that we had to be at work by 10 am, was told that Chad would show up at 9 am Thursday 6/27 (today), and that would be enough time for their rep, Chad, to help us.
When no one showed up by 9:30, I called, and was told that Chad would be over as soon as possible which, unfortunately, made it impossible for us to be at home.
I also asked why someone did not have the courtesy to call us to tell us that Chad was running late, and to maybe make a new appointment. Lisa responded the

After looking for local tree pruning services throughout the Treasure Valley, I'm happy to say we stuck with the local know-how of Parker Tree Service. They actually were in the middle range regarding their pricing for the services we needed (having recently bought a property that was built in the 1960's in the West Bench) but were at the top of their knowledge on local trees, pest issues that affect trees as well as their ability to identify the types of trees we have.
