I would recommend DJ's Home Solutions. Dave came by, looked at what we needed, and listened to us. His estimate was right on target, and he used quality products. Dave arrived consistently on time, and had the job finished when he had estimated. He cleaned up everything, and took away any and all trash. We have an older home, so there are many jobs that need to be done. We had difficulty getting anyone to call us back, because the job wasn't "worth the time." I needed help replacing a rotted doorjamb on my basement door and of the folks I contacted, Dave was the only one to take the time to actually come out and look at it rather than just e-mailing back a generic quote. Additionally, he was able to beat the other quotes and make some great suggestions about how cheap and easy it would be to add a deadbolt while we were at it.
Dave came out the day before a holiday, squared everything away for me, and was able to stick to his word on his original quote. The work looks great, he cleaned up after himself, and we're very happy with the service provided

When our curtain rod ripped off the wall in the middle of the night and left a nice hole, we had no idea what to do. We knew that the hole needed patching, but we aren't the handy type. We also had a few other holes in our condo left over from the previous owner, and we figured we should kill two birds with one stone.
