Walk-In to our Women's Health Clinic Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm for a free and confidential pregnancy test. Everyone I encountered smiled and welcomed me graciously. The service and care I received was top-notch, and everyone I encountered did everything they could to help. I loved it! We had the BEST oral surgeon and nurse!

Our team supports all aspects of your life. We help patients connect with food, housing, Medicaid enrollment, employment and legal assistance.
MO HealthNet is Missouri's Medicaid program. Medicaid covers basic medical and dental services and a variety of other services as well. People who are uninsured and cannot pay for healthcare may be eligible. At Jordan Valley, you can meet one-on-one with a Care Coordinator to determine your Medicaid eligibility and fill out the application.
Getting care is simple at Jordan Valley. We offer primary and preventative care for your whole family to help you stay healthy. Our team provides treatment, education and support so you feel confident about your health. Our team of experienced radiology and ultrasound techs provide imaging to assist in the diagnosis process.
The Behavioral Health Integration team at Jordan Valley provides behavioral medicine, pain management, substance use and outpatient therapy services. All established patients can receive these services. If you are not an established patient, you can speak with a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) by visiting any of our clinics.

Went in today due to me running a fever yesterday and not feeling well. My ears have been hurting and feeling nauseated. They took my oxygen, temp and bp. They i had a nurse come in, swab me, and 15 minutes later tell me I had covid and flu A. They never even looked at my ears, Listened to my chest or checked my throat. Going to get a second opinion. Horrible service.

I’m writing a review about my dentist experience. So yesterday I went in for my 4pm appointment, and normally I do not bring my 1 year old since he can’t sit still for too long and it was going to be almost two hours. But the babysitter decided to cancel at 3:30 so I was like I’ll just take him and see if they can still see me. To much surprise they didn’t mind at all. To sum it up he started screaming crying in the middle of it and Dr. Jackson came over and played with him and made sure he didn’t cry. I felt so bad since I know she had other patients and this is NOT what she signed up

I've been waiting on my bloodwork results for 3 weeks now. So I call for the 20th time and they tell me that my doctor went home for the day (even though it's only 3pm). Then they tell me that they'll be back in on Wednesday (today is Thursday, so almost a whole week), so in other words I won't know if I have diabetes or not for an entire month after they tested me, but have no moral issue with getting paid for it of course. So then I complained and the receptionist rudely HUNG UP ON ME!

Madsen, Trent was rude. As soon as he came to the room, was speaking with high tone. The dental plan he had for my daughter would of not been the same for his daughter. I would not recommend or trust him as a dentist.
Update: Took my daughter to a different dentist today, after exam, turns out the teeth that Dr. Madsen wanted to silver cap, doesn’t even need a filling. It’s only a watch, and he wanted to cap six of my child’s teeth, turns out she only has one cavity between two teeth. Something to think about.

If you have any other option do not use this dentist. I had an abscess under a tooth and was in quite a bit of pain and when he injected the lidocaine solution he injected it strait into the abscess. But my mouth wasn't going numb so he did it over and over until he used all he could. Then he started taking the tooth out without waiting for it to work and when i was yelling in pain from him trying to tear a tooth out while i wasn't numb he yelled at me to stop moving. He told me to raise my left hand if i felt pain, and when i did he yelled at me to put it down. Then he said "that's it!" and stormed

I didn’t know if I was gonna be able to get anything done on a walk-in to help with my cracked teeth since it wasn't a real emergency and it was just painful to me. All the staff were super friendly. They were able to help me apply for medicaid, as well as go ahead with the procedure for FREE even though I won’t know if I was even approved for another month. They did a temporary filling and shaped it to look exactly like they were before this and I can call to set my appointment set for a cleaning and check up.

Dr. Bowman and staff took amazing care of my 5 year old autistic, foster daughter. She had to have some extensive work done and didn’t shed one tear. They made sure that she was comfortable by coming in and talking directly to her before it was time for the surgery. I was very impressed by everyone that I came in contact with. We will continue to see Dr. Bowman. We are very thankful for her!

The appointment went great loved the doctor. But I have to have my teeth removed from a hospital. I have the money and was told that the hospital would submit to insurance and get remainder from me. It's been 3 months. I've contacted the hospital 3 times and they can't seem to find what they were submitted. I know this is not the oral surgeons problem but I have placed four calls one was answered and she was very respectful. I have called 3 other times to be told we are not the hospital we dont have anything to do with them and you know it's going to be expensive. Then told you have to call them
