Our practice now offers virtual consultations for those patients who are interested in scheduling a consultation with Dr. Rucker but cannot make it to our office. BEWARE- WORST experience and biggest mistake of my life choosing this clinic and Dr Ewings. It starts out all nice and you think the doctor is listening to you and will provide the services you wish, talked about at your consult, and that are noted in the recommendation but you end up with a totally different outcome. When you then bring it to their attention they basically tell you to go somewhere else and have things corrected at your own expense. My breasts were of different size and too large already DD so I was wanting them reduced, lifted, and the size issue corrected. I suffered from neck

I wouldn’t even give him a one star. My consultation was ten mins long if that and he made me feel awful about myself. Then after telling me my stomach on a scale of 1-10 (10 being super complicated case) my stomach was a 6 and told me I needed a tummy tuck and quoted 16,000. I went to Dr. Merrick and he reassured me I didn’t need a tummy tuck and that my abdominal muscles were not separated. Don’t waste your money on going to a consultation with this doctor. If you want a highly qualified plastic surgeon go to Dr. Merrick. My surgery with Dr. Merrick for what I wanted done is coming soon

Was super nervous for my appointment but from the moment I stepped into the lobby all of the staff were welcoming & friendly. I told Dr. Rucker's assistant I'm scared of needles & when it came down to numbing my face she quickly redirected my attention to keep my mind off the needle. Dr. Rucker was very kind & had a good sense of humor which calmed my nerves. I highly recommend this clinic & I love the results! Thank you for this awesome experience

I cannot speak highly enough of the dynamic trio I’ve worked with at Dr. Rucker’s office. Stacey in reception is beyond helpful, professional and caring in her communication and always available for a question. Nurse Amber is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. Between Amber and Stacey, I felt like I had two best friends walking me through my experience from start to finish. It calmed every nervous nerve I had going into surgery. Amazing place!! Dr Rucker is the best!! Stacy and Amber are phenomenal at their jobs! Amber always makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. I had my initial consultation with Dr Rucker and he explained to me what could be done, and the expectations. Consultation was fast but he answered all my questions. I felt comfortable and safe to move ahead with the procedure. Everyone was absolutely incredible.
