They have videoed my daughters dance recital past two years. Both years the overall quality of the video has been poor (looks like someone using an iPhone). Also they do not video the whole stage for most of the song so I only end up seeing my daughters for 1/3 of their song if I'm lucky. Finally both years there has been a problem with the physical DVD and I have had to call to get a replacement (last year the DVD didn't work, this year the wrong DVD was sent).

Jerry finished up putting countless 8mm film of old family video footage onto DVD's for me. I am overwhelmed by how wonderful it turned out. Footage of my family I had never got the chance to meet. I had extras made for Christmas gifts. Very satisfied and will be using McRoberts Video again soon to put VHS tapes onto DVD's as well.
