I feel very taken advantage of going to this place. I had thrown my back out and made an appointment taking advantage of their new client special. I expected to leave having my back adjusted because that’s what I went in for, nope didn’t happen. What I got was a laser treatment and electrodes hooked up to my back. If it would’ve been explained to me that my back wasn’t going to be adjusted I would’ve left and wouldn’t have taken part in any treatment. When I go to a chiropractor it’s for a reason to be put back into place because I’m hating life. They tried to make me feel like

I got in a car wreck and was afraid to choose a chiropractor because backs can be scary and get messed up if you don't have an expert working on you. I'm SO glad I found Dr. Matthew Smith. They take x-rays before and after to monitor your progress. They have state of the art lumbar and cervical decompression machines as well as this amazing deep tissue laser that increases your ability to heal and decreases your pain while feeling like a warm massage. Dr Matt is great. However, getting an appointment to see him is impossible. I have been trying to get an appointment for over 2 weeks. No one answers the phone, returns calls or text messages.
His staff is on the ball when they want payment. But anything else they are incompetent. I would NOT recommend
