Considering this spa labels itself as "World-Class Destination Spa" they have the poorest "World-Class customer service" I have ever received! Patrons, beware! I've had better customer service at a nail salon than this World-Class Destination Spa.
I had a massage scheduled today 1/23/22, that I booked online last week. The receptionist phoned me ONE hour before my massage to cancel my appointment due to my therapist being sick. Now, I know we are living in a "COVID" culture and I understand illness, but I am fairly certain they knew that my therapist was sick this morning! It would have been courteous

The front desk girl seemed to have attitude with no sense of professionalism. She never smiled once! This was for my girlfriends birthday that her husband booked as a surprise for her. They told us any additional pressure for the massage was an extra fee which felt really odd to me but we said ok. Then when we got to our room they did not mention that going into the sauna would be an extra $35 a person. The only thing that was exceptional was the massage but not worth $600 for this package. We got a bath and massage for that price. They then charged extra for the extra pressure massage and sauna

Had a wonderful experience! The environment was very serene and relaxing. Everyone was very kind and took care of my every need without me even asking. My massage therapist, Nicolai, was amazing and left me feel refreshed. I will be returning and referring all of my friends and family to Dolce Vita!

Kate Hursky was my massage therapist and I had an amazing experience! Her pressure was perfect. She was able to make me feel relaxed and relieve some tension in my muscles. She was super nice and friendly. She used essential oils to open up my sinus when I told her my nose was feeling stuffy which was super thoughtful. At the end of the massage, she put cucumbers on my eyes and used lavender in the wash cloth I used on my face to relax me. At the end, I received a mimosa in the relaxation room. It was a great experience and I'd definitely go back. :D

Hands down the absolute best massage I have ever had in my life. My massage therapist Alicia took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Working on the spots I needed the most. The only thing I regret is not booking a longer service. Im already planning my next massage and have been telling all my friends and family about her. She definitely takes pride in her craft! Walked out feeling amazing. The overall experience was absolutely great!!!

Kate is outstanding! I had a severe back issue while on vacation and needed deep tissue massage. I am so grateful Kate was the one who worked on me. She is extremely talented - basically she FIXED me which allowed me to enjoy my vacation, and is one of those people you are lucky enough to meet in life from time to time. I highly recommend booking a session with Kate, and if I’m ever back this way from the East Coast I’ll definitely schedule another massage with her!
