Extreme "Custom" Trailers is an oxymoron. I asked for a change in the height of one of their standard design boat trailers. I needed my boat 2.5 inches higher than their standard design provided bc of my racing outdrive. They said no problem. They said they could either adjust their torsion axles, or use their ski boat axle with a 2.5 inch taller mounting bracket to get the height I wanted. I sent them pictures of what I needed multiple times. I live in a different state, and when I got the trailer, of course it was 2.5 inches too low. It looked like they totally ignored all my requirements

Extreme trailers does not stand behind their product. I purchased a new extreme trailer in late 2011. In July 2015, the trailer was rear ended. The paint shop noted that there was rust throughout the trailer. The paint was bubbling in many locations on the trailer due to rust under the paint!
The trailer was 8 months past warranty, but the paint had been rusting for a long time prior to it being detected. The original prep work had not been done properly.
I spoke to management at Extreme Trailers and they refused to accept any responsibility for the shoddy workmanship.

Jaime is the best!!! He stayed an extra hour to help us out hooking up our boat to our truck. Mr. Anderson, the sales manager was so helpful guiding us to the right person that could help us! Jaime's been in the business over 29 years and it shows! We will be using Extreme Trailors in the future for our boat trailer and I would recommend them to anyone!
