Buying a mattress is almost as hard as buying a home or car! I'd been researching mattresses for months already before coming to Boxdrop Mattress. Buying a mattress isn't one of those impulse buys you make when the mood strikes. No sir/ma'am! Something always came up as to why I hadn't been able to buy a mattress. Had a great experience here. Gates is genuine about selling his product. He is currently in between physical locations so you have to meet him at a storage unit. Not a big deal considering his great customer service and mattresses are good quality for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back for future purchases. Thanks for the experience Gates! Can't wait to get good nights rest!

I purchased from GAC again today and brought my parents with me so that they could purchase a new mattress for their guest room too. Once again we were not pressured or given any big upsell. We ended up getting great prices on mattresses that would suit our needs. Both mattresses have already been delivered. I really don't see any reason to ever purchase anywhere else.

We just left GAC and had such a good experience working with Gates. He is so friendly, inviting, and helpful. We didn't feel pressured at all to go one way or the other on a mattress and got an amazing deal.

HORRIBLE!!! Absolutely horrible that every business isn't run like Gates runs his. And this is coming from a skeptical cynic -- you know the one that thinks all the 5-star reviews are from friends and family. I took a chance on GAC because of its convenience and great reviews. And, now, I can honestly say I would have driven quite a distance to do business with Gates. He is everything and more the other reviewers say he is. The yelp reviews are right - you won't find a better quality mattress for a lower price anywhere. We checked. Frankie is such a good guy! I hope he works on commission, because he deserves it!

It's taken me a while to write a review here only because I go back and forth about how I feel about my experience here, because the customer service was excellent, and the price was reasonable for what I got. Overall though, making such a huge purchase here WILL BE RISKY and here's why.... NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! I mean that's a huge drawback to this warehouse. Lower prices, but high cost if you have to sleep on something you don't like for 20+ years cause you can't return it. Best buying experience I ever had. Made an appointment for the day of. Owner made sure directions were really clear on how to get there. I came in and was welcomed by his adorable dog. Asked what I was interested in and very briefly pointed out the mattresses, gave me prices then allowed me to try out any of the mattresses I wanted. After trying about half the place, found one and that was it!
