Sharing this review on behalf of my husband Steven who purchased his motorcycle here. The staff went above and beyond during our visit and purchase. They made us feel welcome and like family. We initially went in just to look but the price of the bike I wanted was too good to pass up and I ended up trading my bike in for the new one. Wade, Cody, and Aaron helped us out and they never made us feel like we were being up sold at any time. There was zero pressure and the process of purchasing was a smooth as could be.

Customer Service is unmatched, and that's a huge understatement.
The Service Department is top notch, always been more than fair to me. They are very flexible with me considering I have a very limited number of days off during the riding months.

My experience with Harley Davidson of Carroll was perfect. Cody was fantastic on the sales side with the purchase of my 2021 Street Glide Special. The ladies in clothing, Kim and Ashley, were super nice as we picked up some clothing while in there getting the new bike. I had been to 3 other Harley dealers looking for the new street glide with no luck until I found the group in Carroll. Wade even was kind of enough to call me into his office and thank me for my business and shoot the breeze with me and my wife. Great job everyone!
