Nicolina Deis, owner and chief floral designer at North Bloom, is passionate about creating flower arrangements that are inspired by the texture and changing of the seasons in nature. Her flowers create an ambiance of fresh gathered flowers, with all their natural variations and inconsistencies. Our philosophy is that flowers should feel natural in the environment that they are going to be viewed in.

The owner and floral designer Nicolina is incredibly helpful, honest, professional and knowledgeable. The consultation and wedding visuals are professional and incredibly helpful when planning and coordinating colors, and venue specifics. She is so great at helping sort out what flowers would best fit the budget, theme and preferences. They are trustworthy and reliable, which is invaluable on your special day when you do not want to worry about how everything will turn out! I will continue to support this small business!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Kelly and North Bloom for our wedding. We were planning our wedding from across the country and were so grateful that North Bloom was able to squeeze us in for a last minute consultation while we were in Chico over the holidays. I had a wonderful experience with North Bloom. My wife loves flowers but not in the traditional sense of arrangements-a tall vase with a couple roses that look like every other arrangement. They prepared a happy arrangement of medium sized flowers that brightened my wife's day AND the fragrance was wonderful! Kelly went over the top from the moment I inquired with her about my flowers. She took the time to discuss on the phone what my vision was for the wedding, and then sent me via email the most detailed vision board that a bride could imagine. When it came to the day of, she and her team were very professional, and the flowers were stunning!!! My bouquet was the best thing I’ve ever seen, ever. I am so happy I chose North Bloom to be a part of my wedding day!

Kelly did an AMAZING job at my wedding. To start, she curated a very thoughtful and detailed PDF preview of the flowers that I wanted after exchanging emails about the idea that I had. She included pictures of inspiration from Pinterest as well as the names of the flowers that she would use, all in a beautiful layout. She traveled quite a ways to my wedding and kept the flowers fresh! She communicated very well with me in the months leading up to the wedding. I don't live in Chico but I found North Bloom online. I wanted to send regular flowers to my mother. I am so very happy with Kelly and her service. It is affordable. She is a great communicator. Her deliveries arrive on time as promised. Most importantly, she creates a different bouquet every time - creative and personal. My mother loves getting them.
