We offer a variety of classes to meet the needs of a beginning practitioner to those of an experienced yogi. Morning, evening and weekend classes include HathaYoga, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Gentle Classes.

Choose from among the many offerings and become a member of our growing yoga community. Yoga Therapy and Energy Healing is also available.
Services
This is where you can bring your handmade items to sell for the holidays! You will receive 80% of the sale and I will donate the other 20% to Camp Papillon Animal Shelter in Stroudsburg. If you would like to sell your items, you will need to sign up for a week (maybe 2 depending on how many of you want to participate) to save the space at the studio by emailing or texting me.
Do you need help with or relief from some symptoms or health condition that is troubling you? Could you benefit from better sleep, more energy, a reduction in stress or improved body awareness? Then individual yoga therapy sessions may be for you. Sessions are geared to each person's unique needs. Yoga therapists empower clients to tap into their own innate healing capabilities.
It first helps to have an understanding of what energy is to help to answer this question. Quantum Physics states that everything that exists in the whole universe is made up of energy that constantly flows and changes form. Even though everything in the universe appears to look different, it all comes from the same energy - it just vibrates at a different speed so it exists on a different frequency, which either makes it tangible or intangible.
All Levels - A class that is suitable for all different levels of experience; from a beginner to more experienced yogis. Beginner - Learn the basic poses with proper alignment, as well as body, mind and breath connection. Chair Yoga - A gentle form of yoga done mostly sitting in a chair or using a chair as a prop.
I am Jen Akob, owner, C-IAYT Yoga Therapist and 500 hour certified yoga instructor. I received my teaching certifications from The Yoga Loft in Bethlehem. I completed my 200 hour certification in 2014 and my 300 hour certification in 2017. I have been practicing yoga on and off for over 20 years. I have found yoga to play a big part in my own health and well-being.

I have not been practicing yoga since the virus hit. Before that I attended a couple classes with Jen. I loved her style, the studio is amazing and friendly, and she told me about senior pricing. I just joined a special workshop in April and I'm thrilled to start up again.

I finally found the Yoga studio that suits my needs and hours. The classes and instructors are great. They don't just stand their. They walk around and correct your poses. The extra special events are also great as is the senior fees.

I love this studio! and at the heart of it all is Jen, the owner. Jen is not only very friendly and welcoming to all of the wonderful diversity of people who walk through her doors, but it is evident that she has a genuine caring for everyone. She has a positive energy, making each class the perfect mixture of challenge and fun. I have not been concerned with getting hurt as Jen is very safety conscious; usually offering alternate poses depending upon your personal level and ability.
I always leave the studio feeling not only better than when I walked in, but feeling that each class was exactly
