This review is for Robert Senior not for Rob Junior. Rob seems professional.
I'm sharing this because there should be consequences for bad behavior and people deserve to know the truth.
When I first spoke to Robert Senior I let him know that we had a slightly complicated situation. He said that he is experienced, and he had no problem doing what we said we needed. Eventually we realized that he wouldn't do the very minimum of what we had agreed on, so we found another agent.
In retaliation for not signing with Robert Senior; he decided to make a complicated situation more stressful

I feel terrible for the poor guy who was trying to provide me great customer service but has to work for him. Trust me... you're better served elsewhere. This company is completely unprofessional. As a landlord, I have had only good experiences with Garrison Properties and John Lee. John referred me to several contractors to make repairs to my home. He then advertised and showed the house, screened carefully, and selected good tenants. Any issues that have come up have been fixed quickly. Highly recommend!

I recently sold a house through Garrison Properties, worked with Dad Robert and son Rob. What a delight to deal with they were, from original property comparison analysis to estimates on what my house might be worth, wow, I was astonished at what they accomplished for me. One of the considerations was Robert's expertise on the real estate market in Daly City and surrounding areas. Knowing the market and his life experience in the very market my house was in was key to him getting me a tremendous deal. Real estate experts will always mention the three L's, location etc, but in the end it's the experience

Kudos to Rob! He is very professional and pleasant to deal with. He takes time to discuss the nitty-gritty of purchasing a home and answers all related questions. He does not pressure you to make that decision rather he gives you options to choose from. He walks you through the whole process and keeps you posted at all times. The son Rob was easy to talk to, very professional and mature but the Father was a little off with the kind of attitude and temper. Inquiring about properties in San Mateo County and the father who I believe the name was Bob had little patience & wasn't able to respond to my questions about one of his properties in the Peninsula. The worst Property Management ever to deal with located in Daly City. They've got properties here & everybody seems to agree w/ me that this Company does not pay attention to details, to complain and not only that, they do not return calls & ignore everything 'til worst comes to worst! Tenants change frequently. Poor fixtures,old fixtures,poor customer service, poor maintenance! Our neighborhood w/ Garrison Properties handling is the WORST among others here located in Daly City.

This review is solely, for John Lee our real estate agent. He is the best of the best, hands down, John will bend over back wards to help you get the home you need. He stuck by us for nearly 2 years while we went back and forth on whether we even wanted a home and traveling to different places (East Bay, peninsula, etc).
