We arrived late on a Sunday night for one night and we're perfectly happy with our setup. Bruce met us at the office upon our late arrival and then personally directed us to our campsite and showed us all of our hookups and answered all of our questions. He even helped us with directions in our travels which were extremely helpful. There are many friendly ducks and cats around the grounds with a beautiful lake or pond view and the place seems to be fairly well kept. We were pleased for a quick night of sleep with this easy accessible campground.

I can NOT recommend this park. We stayed there one night and hated it. The lot I was given was #14 the minute I pulled into it I was standing in water. I could not put out the awnings because I was so close to the other camper. I went to leave the cite and there was low tree limbs. I had to climb on top of my fifth wheel to raise the tree limbs to leave. The park need a lot of maintenance. I read the other reviews and thought one night want hurt but I want make that mistake again.

We stayed here for a month and loved it. Friendly staff and neighbors. The water fowl and lake were fabulous. Yes it is a full time rv park and therefore comes with what a neighborhood looks like. That’s fine with me because I prefer a more homey feel. That’s how I roll. I would prefer to stay in a park like this over one that has all the usual, expensive amenities.

This is NOT a campground! It’s a trailer park! Which is fine but this place is advertised as a campground! It was dirty, several of the “campers on-site have window units in them. The power kept surging and going out! Wild cats just roaming around. It’s a shame too , because the lake is really nice. The dog park is just mud! There are no garbage cans available, the grass is high and unkept! It was bad!

Responsive. Needed an overnight while driving through LA. Called up Calloway 15 min out to check in availability for full hook. Once one site, was checked in and on my site with 5 min.
Campsite has water, electric, and sewer hookups. Has showers and restrooms.
Seemed mostly long term residents, friendly with a hello. Would recommend if you’re needing an overnight stay while on the road.

This campground has easy access on and off Interstate 20. The manager on duty was very helpful. He quickly returned to the office when we arrived after hours. He showed us to our campsite and even quickly repaired the electric connection when it would not work with our plug. The campground is quiet even though it is at the edge of a large town. The majority of the campers are long-term so there is a lot of stuff around many trailers. It was a good place for a one night stay while traveling.
